Service is easy. Lobby waiting room needs a revamp. Some sort of welcoming nosh would speak volumes to clients. Hospitality brings clients back foster’s community and sales. The team is nice don’t take this negativity but from my field being Exe Chef /GM little things like this circulate good buzz. I walk cafecito personally to my teachers at 115 everyday. The gratitude on their faces makes it all worthwhile.

Dishonest Service and Misdiagnosis
I took my car in because of some warning lights and was told by the service writer that the issue was my battery, and that replacing it would fix everything. I trusted their word and paid for a brand-new battery, but the same problems started happening almost immediately after.
I decided to get a second opinion from another shop, and they actually ran a proper diagnostic. Turns out, it wasn’t the battery at all, the codes showed a yaw sensor issue along with two other related problems. So not only did I waste money on a battery I didn’t need, but my car’s real issue was never addressed.
Very disappointed with how this was handled. Either the service writer didn’t know what they were doing or they were just trying to make an easy sale.

I would like to shout out that Anthony was amazing during check-in/check-out for my oil change. He definitely gets a 5/5 stars. Not only did he go above and beyond for my car service needs, but he explained not only what was needed next, but why it was needed.
The only reason why I'm giving you guys a 4/5 is because there are never any snacks for the customers (beverages not included). At the Okeechobee location they have an extra large waiting area that fits 30 people comfortably, but there are snacks ALWAYS there (besides beverages). Not only does this location need a larger waiting area but definitely need snacks as some people have medical conditions and these snacks help them survive. I recommend getting snacks, fruits and even sweets for customers as well.
Something to think about as the last thing I want to do is get my suv serviced in Acura in Delray location.

I purchased my car from Phil Smith Acura and wasn’t initially happy with the leather seats. Thankfully, Anthony, my go-to service advisor, went above and beyond to make things right. He arranged for the leather to be replaced, and the results are absolutely beautiful — I couldn’t be happier! Anthony is always professional, attentive, and provides truly outstanding service. I highly recommend him and the entire Phil Smith Acura team for their dedication to customer satisfaction.
