I went to the Pompano branch to get an update on a AFFIDAVIT OF ALTERED CHECK that I filed 4 months ago. I ask for Maria Taylor whom filed the original affidavit for me and was ask , very rudely if I had an appointment with her? I told her no, but that I had been off and on for weeks trying to talk to her, but the phone never answers so I decided to stop by in person. At that I was told that without an appointment she was not available and that I just have to keep trying to call to make an appointment! What a way to run a bank, especially when you a minor player in the Ft Lauderdale area! GARY BLODGETT JARVI CORPORATION

Employees leave the agency before the end of the shift. I was in this agency now for almost 20 minutes waiting for someone and there was no one inside the bank anywhere, the agency is totally abandoned! The employees simply won't even work or leave early without leaving a single person inside the agency! If someone wants to get in there and steal everything they can get, it's the easiest thing in the world!

I was assisted by Maria Taylor one of the Branch Banker , her services was outstanding. She was very professional and patient with me , while helping me figuring out why my account was under review and help me gain access back to my personal & business account . This is a great location to attend.

Best Customer Services Experience!!! I'm PNC bank customer from last 6 year, but never had a chance to personaly visit any branch. All my trasections has been done via online account. Today, when I had some check related issue for my house closing, I visited 289 S Pompano Pkwy Pompano Beach. I meet *Xiomara Rodriguez*. She took time to understand my problem and went over and beyound to help me. Since things were more complicated, she introdused me to the *Soas Johann* & *Olivier Rochelin*. All three of them spend more then 2 hours to help me resolve the issue. Soas took this task personaly like his own problem and provided me best customer service experiance. I will highly recommend visiting this branch. Everyone was very friendly and helpful :)

5-star service at this location after having horrible service at another branch. When hearing of my terrible experience, Johann, Marcy, and Angela were rockstars and got it done for me. Such nice folks. Very appreciative!

I have been a customer at this bank for over 20 years.I went today to open a new account. We arrived at 2:45 and the bank was empty. Bank manager Tim Haberer greeted us at the door and asked if we had an appointment. We did not; the bank was empty.So, I explained that I did not know I needed an appointment. The bank was empty.I remarked that this was the only day we had available to open this new account and seeming the bank was empty I asked for this service. We were told to go on line but we could not make a deposit for a new account.THIS IS NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE!Please note, we drove around where I inquired to the teller what needs to be done to close an account...where her response was "I can do that now" where she narrowly missed my Sideview mirror by opening the drive thru extendable drawer. Please, also note, that Mr. HABERER was speaking to the teller and when ahe came to the window (with Mr. Haber there) she did not greet me with the usual smile and PNC greeting. Also, not good customer service for I could have had other business to contract.Am I upset? Yes! I csetainly am.

PNC installed a point of sale system in my clients business and they forgot to program the sales tax collection to withhold sales tax. It has been 5 months and they still have not corrected my clients program. Not only is he now in problems with the Florida department of revenue, and may be under audit and PNC has not responded, As a Certified Public Accountant, I do nor recommend PNC. My client will be filing a legal claim against PNC and filed a complaint with the FTC. Shame on you PNC.

I ended up with a PNC account because my dad used them in NJ and he would sometimes deposit money into my account. I kept them and my only complaint is that there aren't too many around. Sometimes it leads to a clog in the drive through or while you are waiting for the ATM. I don't really do too much in person banking so it's not a big deal. Any time I have needed the lobby I have always found the managers to be friendly and efficient. One even recommended Credit Karma to me and since I started using it I have improved my credit over 100 points. I had to go in person because I needed to withdraw an amount over what the ATM could give me. The lobby is closed because of Covid so you can only use the drive up. They only had one lady working both lanes so it was a little slow but she was very friendly and made a point of saying my name and thanking me for my business. Compared to a lot of other banks I have had over the years PNC provides pretty good service.
