the worst bank, PNC for a credit card, you get a high limit, then they suddenly lower it after a couple of months, and your credit score drops by 50 points, that's not humane, they do you a lot of damage, plus they charge a big interest commission for that... I recommend everyone to use this bank not a good bad experience, I regret having the card..

Called and phone rang for over 5 minutes with no one answering at noon on a Thursday. Not a good look for running a bank. You need to at least answer the phone lol. After reading the other comments looks like the branch manager here needs to be fired and replaced they are clearly not capable of doing their job!

This is the worst bank to drive up ATM is always broke down with a sign on it this happens more than two or three times a month you take your chances by going here to their ATM half the time it's not even working. This is poor customer service at best this place is totally worthless you waste gas to go down there to the ATM and then it's not even working, don't waste your time at this no good place

This is so frustrating this is the third PNC Bank that I've been to in my area and I always get asked the same question why am I getting deposits from Amazon and why do I need to withdraw so much money I'm a 51 year old black man and each time different black tellers are asking me the same question but not once have they asked my wife this question who makes the same size withdrawals but just happens to be white SMH

They told me I would get a bank bonus for opening a checking account of $200. They representative told me if I made an ACH deposit and maintained a balance of $2,000 I would get the bonus. They never paid it then claimed I didn't qualify due to some loophole. The news media seems to show that this is not the best bank. Don't take my word for it. Look up current information in regards to PNC bank Waited for ever just to close my account.They have lots of room for improvement.

The machine took my card and retained it, went in the next day to get my card or printed a new one. When I got there they were just all over the place like no one knows what they're doing. Went into a office with a lady and she started making excuses why I couldn't get my card blah blah blah finally got my card and just left I was happy to know a pnc location was close to my home. But I'd rather drive an hour than to deal with the crabby ladies at this establishment

Pnc Used to be a good bank with an excellent customer service, that's not the case anymore, the personal at the branch doesn't care about customers and tellers are not professional anymore either not only at this location but many of them have a very mediocre customer service. I have been a customer since 2010 I just closed my account with this bank I'm sure I'm not the only one who noticed the big change... sad!

Ordered $300 in $2 bills last week. Was told they would be in today. I ordered them because I needed them. Call today and they only have $100 of them. Another week for the rest. Sorry. I won't be here. How difficult is it to complete one simple request. Completely useless branch

Brick and mortar financial institutions like PNC need to do something to differentiate themselves from the online only banks. Today I went in with less than $50 in change and they refused to run it through their change counting machine, obviously a service that my online bank cannot perform. I will be closing my account due to lack of service.
