I love the setup. this could be such a nice place to go... but unfortunately, the staff are aggressive, rude, treat customers like dirt. where do places like this get off being like this? And unfortunately, there are not that many of these places in the area. sad

The front desk staff are extremely unfriendly, especially the light-skinned heavier black man. He glares at you the second you walk in and is borderline abusive when he talks to you. These places need to learn to higher nicer, customer-friendly help. If the place had friendly staff, I’d give it a much higher rating.

The employee working is rude, lacks basic customer service, and is not deserving of that job.
