We were on a road trip to Pompano Beach and saw Home Depot and their garden center, so we stopped in. Our balcony could use a few flowers and maybe a mini palm tree. The sun is harsh on our balcony during the day and burns up the leaves. We looked around at their selection, which was good but not exactly what we were looking for. Their prices were reasonable, and the plants were being taken care of, unlike some other nurseries. We didn't stay long enough to require a salesperson. He was busy with another customer.

The selection and price are always good. The value of the products are great. They have different brands to choose from and a wide variety.

The employees at the registers are hotrible with the customers. This one older lady was yelling at me because i was going to self checkout and she wamted me to go to her register but i dont like going to the registers with the employee because they take too long scanning amd sometimes double scan items by mistake, they dont check what they scan after they scan it they just click checkout and continue... so after i told her no thanks ill do it alone at self checkout she continued to yell at me saying to go to her register. It is like they assume everybody is stealing from the store. I never have stolen from any store in my life i work hard for my money so for me, someone who buys from home depot everyday, to be disrespected and profiled as a theaf everyday at this home depot is absolutely innapropriate especially coming from a billion dollar buisness. Do better with training your employees home depot.

Home Depot Pompano Beach Worst experience and it continues! Took hours to make a purchase of flooring and installation job. Upon returning home, was contacted and advised that the purchase was another $10k. When I returned to cancel and refund the transaction they were not able to refund do to computer issues. Further told that the transaction would not be refunded until they received the order but they would call me the next day for the refund. No one called! One week and several hours later, Home Depot is still not able to refund my $35k purchase. IT department has the department manager on hold. Incompetent and unacceptable! Take your business somewhere else! Oh, the restrooms are worse than a public Porta potty. Absolute filth unimaginable. This is all a reflection on management.

I was at this home depot and 2 different floor helpers couldn't help me for an item. So this man named Jay in design helped me with something that wasn't even his department. I said that's ok another time. He said no let's look up the item in the computer. Not only did he find it he walked me to the right place. Thank you very much

Hilbert & Rich we're extremely helpful with my sewage issue. I had no clue how to use this rental equipment but they went above and beyond training me and teaching me all the safety aspects and how to. Absolutely five star customer service!! Too bitch managerial qualities!!

I like to go to Home Depot for their large selection of cleaning products...you can get some really good concentrated products here that will last you for a long long time. The unit prices vary by the brand, so depending on what you want and what price you want to pay for, you will have some choices. I found the store very typical. Large aisles, well stocked, all prices nicely labelled. I love using the self checkout lanes. Easy.

I've been going to this location for awhile now, most of the time they have what I'm looking for in stock, but recently I had the most awesome experience. I've been doing some small DIY plumbing projects on my home and had to run the water line to my refrigerator, unfortunately when the build was built the plumbers reversed the set up for my water line under my sink, I decided to finally tackle this project and figured I can handle this on my own, after two days of back and forth to the store to get the right size and fitting I met Andrea! With a smile on her face she offered her assistance in finding what I was looking for, Andrea suggested a fix but it wasn't quite right since it switched, I explained my predicament to her and without any hesitation she showed me what I would need and how to make the connections. She was so patient with me and helpful. I was skeptical but she assured me It would work. Came home and the connections were exactly what i needed. Andrea is star at that location and her patience was very strong, I'm surprised she's not a manager, with amazing customer service like that I'll be back again and again. My new go to home Depot location going forward. Thank you Andrea for all you help and patience. You're a true gem!

It's a good thing I'm not the manager at this Home Depot. Every time I've called either no one answers the phone, you're tranferred to the wrong department, or they put you on hold for the rest of your life. Once in a great while you deal with someone that does their job right. Pretty sad.

Terrible customer service. I requested someone to come and measure my door. I said "I need ASAP" . They made appointment Friday, but nobody come here, after that I called and (hey, is he coming? I'm still waiting him. They answer "yes, he will come") after he didn't come anyway . I call Home Depot they said we are not responsible for that. Omg guys, If you are not responsible why you provide this service? Terrible terrible service

Let's be honest this place is a mess, never have items in stock. Employees always closing off aisles while shopping in them. I hate Home Depot but I hate this store more

Unfortunately the store is marred by extremely unfriendly and unhelpful staff. It's sad in today's environment that they can't so much as muster a smile or a hello. And throw attitude when you ask them a simple question. The "I don't care I'd rather be anywhere else but here" is unfortunately prevalent in the store. I usually shop another Home Depot and certainly will not be back to this one.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Everything went from bad to worse. Took 5 trips to order blinds. Wrong size arrived. I can accept that. Customer service was atrocious. They kept insisting that their "system" said I was refunded a certain amount. I showed my account balance and they refused to resolve. This has been 8 weeks of headaches with no resolution. Worst customer experience ever. Shop here only if you love headaches.

I will give H.D. no stars. I ordered a dryer, the delivery men came, gave me paperwork, stated they could not install it (I paid for install), and went to get the dryer from the truck only to find out it was not in the truck. Could not reach anyone with the number he gave me to get information. Called a 2nd number got put on hold a number of times and was offered compensation for their mistake only after the installation. Everything about this order was a failure from start to finish. The worst part is that I had to pay another nurse to take my shift so that I could be home to take my failed delivery.

Horrible service we ordered a bathroom sink and they said we will get it from the 14-19 and we came and they said it will be here tonight at seven and we came the next day and it wasn't here so we called and it will get here the 20-23 and nothing so we come today to get it and an employee told me I can get a discount for the lateness so I ask and she said no in a very angry way so I said can you get the manager and she said she was the manager which I knew she was not tell the truth very disrespectful employee
