Oh, what a difference it makes to shop around when turning your jewelry into cash! Prospyr gets a 5 star rating all around. Ella at the Pompano Beach location was the best educator during the whole process explaining & answering every question & the testing was done in sight not behind the scenes. She nailed it & I’m sold on Prospyr!

I went to Prospyr on Wednesday 10/2/2024 to sell some old family jewelry and coins. I was fortunate to have the team member named Ella assist me. She was unbelievably friendly, courteous, and extremely professional. I had never done this before and was a bit nervous. Ella walked me through the process. She answered any & all questions I had. I didn't feel rushed at all. I was extremely satisfied with the process and outcome. I highly recommend Prospyr in Pompano Beach, Florida. Beautiful location and store.

I had a really great experience. I have been helped by Wensky who has been kind, friendly and extremely professional from the moment I stepped in to when I stepped out of the store. I was looking to sell old family jewels too dated for me to wear. Wensky explained all the steps of the process to analyze each piece, how he would value them and why. I received a very good offer. They also do jewels 'reshaping': a ring that I would like to keep but it's too old style as it is, they can reshape it into a pendant. I'm waiting for a quote but I'm sure it will be fair. The whole staff has been proactively helpful and very kind.
If I'll look for a jewel to purchase, I'll definitely go to Prospyr in Pompano Beach.
