I would have given it 5 ? 's if it wasn't for the constant increase in the monthly rent. I've been with this place a little over a year now and every few months there's an increase in rent. Because of this i will no longer be using Public Storage services. However, Chris deserves 5 ?'s for his consistent and outstanding customer service! He's been nothing but amazing since day one.
