The head pharmacist is the best. Always very nice. She even waited for me a few minutes after closing when I was on my way to pick up my prescription but hit some traffic. She's the best!

But why I call to see if they have my medicine in stock & MIND YOU, I call pharmacies ALL THE TIME … why the idiot pharmacy tech on the phone talking about they need to get my prescription first bc they can’t tell me if my medication is in stock or not? Then immediately goes to say “the pharmacist just told me we don’t have it in stock” bihh you didn’t even say my medicine out loud, was I on speaker phone? Crazy bruh. Like if you don’t like your job, leave .

I have high standards for Publix and I think they have high standards for their employees which is why I was so shocked with the way I was treated today August 28th at approximately 10:20am. I was craving a Publix sub like we all do sometimes. The menu had changed so I had to ask if they still had the Italian. The lady working at the counter said we sure do. I ordered a foot long Publix(not boars head) sub. She did a quick check and said "we don't have Publix meat." she didn't offer to cut more meat. it felt like I had no choice but to order the more expensive sandwich, so I ordered the boars head. I was half expecting her to sell it to me for the lower Publix meat price. While she was making my sandwich, the knife fell on the floor. She picked up the knife, RINSED it off and continued to make and cut my food. I got a contaminated more expensive sub. Yes, I understand Boars Head is not that much more expensive but, I can't taste the difference so why pay it? I know, I know I should have refused that sandwich but, I was in shock and it took some time to sink in.

Great service ?Some how I received a different medication than I what needed. I made the mistake of not checking the medication at the counter and took it home. Once realizing it was the wrong medication , the one I needed was order .Even though I could not bring the wrong medication back for a refund , Ashely , the pharmacy manager, kindly and quickly credited the difference $ to my needed medication . Thank you Ashley & Victor !!!

Consistently the worst Publix I've ever been to in Florida. My partner and I go out of our way to avoid this place because of the staff. They're always miserable here. Everyone is miserable to be to work. Even the management. Just my luck because it's the closest one and my pregnant gf needed some stuff, I came and I got the please of dealing with Quincy. He says he's a customer service manager or something, I grabbed 3 simply juices that were on sale and one of them weren't included in the sale. I mentioned the sign in front of the juice says it was on sale. He makes the young lady put my items on hold to go to the back to check. Comes back and says it wasn't. I said okay do I need to exchange it he says yes. I now go back to change it out and let him know that the mistake was made bc the sign is directly in front of the juice. He then tells me no it's not. This clearly triggers me bc it was both times I went to the section. I walk him back to the area and just like I said, the incorrect drink was moved in front of the sign. He the himself moves it over so the spot where the sale is listed is empty. As we're standing there his employees moves the drink back in front of the sign. I never raised my voice and or disrespected this guy. In previous scenarios I've had this order given to me for free which I'm aware of can be done bc didn't even want that. I make more than enough money to pay for anything in this store. It was the principal of him wasting my time and not having proper customer service skills. Having been in management for over 15 years I hope some type of review or training takes place as a result of this.

Not as courteous as it's used to be, no text messages confirming ready prescription for pickup, have to call to remind them for refills. There stars is very generous!

The pharmacists that work at this location are extremely condescending and shared private information to individuals that was a violation of HIPA. I have spoken to a friend who is a pharmacist in Florida and was advised to never use this pharmacy again due to what they have caused to transpire. Will be lodging a formal complaint. Beware.

So this location is a lil bit pricey, but makes up for in staff awesomeness!2x now the deli staff has come through w/my pub sub needs! Marianna was a godsend when I thought I'd be in line for an hr after seeing what number the deli line was on, and then informing me that the pub sub line was separate!!! Then I came in at just before 9pm and Zofia was a literal pub sub Angel making me a pub sub from ingredients she was already packing up for the night with nothing but kind words and a smile on her face!Legit this goes so so so far for me! It is so rare to have amazing customer service or random acts of kindness these days...just goes to show in this part of South Florida, not all heroes wear capes!

I had been running errands all day and I decided to stop at this Publix, since I was in the Pompano Beach area. I liked the store, it was very clean and very well organized, like most Publix stores. I talked to one of the workers about the weekly specials and he was very helpful and pleasant. People that work at Publix usually are very good about stopping what they do and spending time answering questions. Good place to shop.

I have never seen people move so slow. Zero customer service in the dozen times I've been here. Never timely with online orders. They don't even check when orders come in. Case in point- waited 10 mins, finally said something and the lady looked at me like I was crazy while she pulls another 8 order tickets out. Proceeds to take another 7 mins to start. Insane.
