Andrew in the meat department at this Publix should get a shout out for providing excellent customer service!!! Two guys that I asked for help before him were lazy and made absolutely no effort to help me find what I was looking for. Andrew came along couldn’t have been any nicer and immediately found what Ineeded.

The chicken at the daily is always old from the hot case , you can literally throw it and break a window. I shop here all the time and it never fails . I’m not sure if you all can have the staff to change out the chicken that’s been sitting since the AM when it’s time , it’s not being done .

Bought a gift card for a Christmas present on Dec. 10 it was used in Miami on the 21st and it was not opened until Christmas morning. There was no refund or new card issued. Not a happy costumer will not be returning.

One Publix and you've basically been in them all. Some are larger and more items. But always been clean, carts available, helpful staff.
Now, don't know why...but those weigh scales that most Publix have at the entrance...they have them set to....to....lie! Haven't met a scale yet that was telling me the truth....

They need more workers serving deli, & subs. Fried chicken takes too long,and sells out around dinner time. Very slow !

First, let me attack the source of my reveiw. The manager at this store by the name of Kana should be fired. I'm not sure how she became a manager for Publix brand, but she's the worst I've ever encountered!
I am having a hard time trying to comprehend a Publix promotion, which does not get honored. Sadly, I was told to go to another Publix nearby, but "her" store doesn't have that promotion. Key word, "HER" store???
Am I mistaken? Publix is Publix, correct?
The management made me feel like I was switched and bait. Thank gawd, there's another Publix that I could go to, I was able to get what I needed.
Management needs to be retrained or fired.
The only reason I gave a 1-star is because of that manager. But on a whole. The store is clean. Employees to my experience have been helpful.
