First time at this location and I had no issues. I do recommend actually scheduling an appointment instead of walking in since they will take appointments first. I waited 3 hours without an appointment but they will let you know multiple times that the wait is long (2-3 hr wait). A lot of people were complaining about them not doing more walk ins today but they were short staffed and they actually close at 10:30am. I actually only saw 3 people working there trying their best to bring everyone in. For the person below complaining about drop off, all three people were busy doing labs to pick up the specimen, stop being so impatient. Will return again to this location just this time I will schedule an appointment lol.

Abysmal process and staff. I needed to drop off paperwork for a sick family member, and after waiting 10 minutes for someone to come out (the only “desk” are tablets), they informed me that I have to “check in” and “get a number”. In turn, I had to wait until all appointments were taken, which is atrocious.

This morning I got up early and went to Quest. The young lady opening the door explained there might be an issue with walk ins but allowed the ones that were there to sign in. She was polite and professional. Ms Raquel (??) even accommodated me when I had to go to my doctors office to retrieve my lab request.. I have never had an issue at this Tamarac location and today was no different. So thankful for the attention and professional calm demeanor of my lab tech Raquel. Bless you!!

Every time I get my blood drawn anywhere I have to get poked at least 3 times in my arms/hands because phlebotomists always have a difficult time getting my blood. The two different times I came to this Tamarac location, the staff was super friendly and got my blood from my arm on the first try. I came 5 minutes early for my appointment both times, and was out within 10 minutes. They’re efficient and quick here, UNLIKE the Coral Springs location where they were running at least 30 minutes behind even with an appointment, needed at least 3 miles staff members to try draw my blood, and they still lost/messed up my blood sample. I only want to use this quest in Tamarac moving forward.

VERY BAD SERVICE FROM THE STAFF…. BAD ATTITUDE BAD ORGANIZATION… THEY ATTEND FIRST TO THE PEOPLE WHO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT AND THEY MAKE PEOPLE WHO HAVE NO APPOINTMENT WAIT MORE THAN TWO HOURS…. VERY BAD COORDINATION

The worst! On a Saturday. I have never came here and had to wait like this even without an appt. I was the 2nd person on the standby list they took 1 person before me from the list. And then after me waiting over an hour and 30 mins the standby list was at 11 but at 7am the list was 15 meaning they were just taken who they wanted and that's not fair. And then they were taken there time.

I was there 12/19/23. This was my first time visiting this location. I researched several locations before choosing this office and I made a good choice coming here.I just want to give a shout out to Patricia. She was very nice and put me at ease during my visit. She answered my questions and was really helpful and made certain that my visit went smoothly. Patricia you are fantastic. Thank you.

The costumer service is horrible. There’s the same woman working every week and has a horrible attitude and no sympathy. I would not recommend they are always “short staffed”.

Quest closes at 2:00pm and I got here at 11:20 with 4 people with appointments and the lady came and said "no more walk ins today". I was the only person as a walk in... mind you they don't close until later. Very unprofessional, I've always been to a quest that accepts walk ins even till the last minute. But this one forget it, they're just lazy!

After waiting about almost 40 minutes they come out and say that they're not taking any walk-ins I could not make an appointment because they did not have one for the next 4 weeks and I am pregnant and I needed to do one as soon as possible so I decided just to walk in after not eating and waiting 40 minutes they tell us that we needed to leave

Jenae (I think that's how you spell it) was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and understanding. My doctor did not send the correct orders over for some pre-op lab work I needed. She was patient with me as I had to run home.and get the paperwork. She made sure I didn't lose the spot I waited 3 weeks to get. Amazing lady

They are SO rude. I made an appointment last night and we ending up being 11 minutes late and were forced to reschedule and wouldn’t take anymore walk ins. I explained my mom is having a biopsy and needs to have her blood done and they just didn’t care. I ended up going to another location. Quest needs to open more weekend locations and hire more people because this is absolutely ridiculous and the staff I know are overworked.

My wife and I had appointments 8:40 & 8:50 am, it was on time and the staff really knew their jobs, very professional , educated and quick. Great experience.

Thank you so much to miss Keisha and Miss Victoria for the wonderful customer service experience. This is my first time at this location and definitely will not be my last time really fast and easy in and out. Thank you again
