someone stole the cart that about $300 worth of items. Security guard didn't care. hey, saved me 300 bucks. spent it next door. Prices for item much cheaper than Ross.

filled up my shopping cart with many things, only to it stolen. the items were about $300. Luckily, they were not purchased. I looked throughout the store & said to the security guard...Ross just lost out $300 because someone took my cart. She didn't care & I went next door to NY BEAUTY SUPPLY & spent my money there.

I just had a terrible experience at this Ross. There were only four people in the store yet my cart full of items went missing . I placed the cart outside of an aisle because it did not fit. While my back was turned, a worker moved my cart. None of the workers could say where the cart miraculously disappeared to. I decided to leave instead of trying to locate all the random items I had. No one even if the item belonged to me.

I have read a lot of reviews and I can honestly say most of them are native the staff are great N the cashier move excemely fast and friendly I never had a bad day at Ross very friendly staff you can find just about everything at Ross I love it in university don't let the native of people distory each other thank you ........

Excellent outlet with a variety of merchandise. Good quality clothing, shoes, luggage, accessories at unbeatable prices. Keep in mind that it is an outlet and they do not have a variety of sizes.
