This was my first and last time at this store! I've never been upset enough to leave a review, but this was ridiculous. The girl with green hair seemed completely uninterested and irritated in my needing help. She was very rude while I was checking out - as if it's a problem she had to do her job! I won't be coming back to this location. It's worth the extra hour it'll add to my trip to go to the Fort Lauderdale store instead.

I LOVE THIS SALLY BEAUTY!I have been to a couple of Sally beauty locations and they have all really sucked. The staff is either mean or very unhelpful but in this location, the staff is wonderful I have never had a problem with finding what I needed and they always direct me to wonderful products, I recently started dying my hair black and I was using this one black dye and it wasn’t working for me and I went into this location and the staff was so helpful and directed me to a wonderful hair dye brand. The store is very clean and organized and they have a lot of great options for sensitive skin and organic beauty products and everything is very affordable and can fit your budget I highly recommend this place if you are looking for high quality beauty products and amazing customer service!

My wife and I recently visited this beauty supply store and was blown away by their incredible selection of products and exceptional customer service. The store was well-organized and clean, making it easy to find exactly what I was looking for. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing us with expert advice on the best products to use for our skin and hair type.She was particularly impressed with their extensive range of natural and organic beauty products, which can be hard to find in other stores. I appreciated that they carried a variety of brands and price points, making it easy to find products that fit our budget.Overall, we had a great experience at this beauty supply store, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for high-quality beauty products and excellent customer service. I bought a clipper blade replacement that I was told fit my clippers by staff. The woman ringing me up said if they don't fit just come back and return them. That is the only reason I purchased them , the ease of mind knowing if they don't fit I can return them. They ended up not fitting, I came back next day to return them and was told I wasn't able to return clipper blades. Very annoying.

Happily this Sally's is not closing. And it shows. They are fully stocked with everything you might need. On the other hand, that means most things are at their regular prices. Except that pre-holiday they are running a few sales on certain brands. I didn't buy anything here. But I did let a few friends know that they were going to be staying open at this location. The staff was friendly and helpful here, too. That's not always true at some of their stores.

This location reeks of cigarette smoke, just like a pool hall. It’s overwhelming and hits you as soon as you walk through the door. I couldn’t focus on what I wanted to get because of the smell. PLEASE FIX IT!

Finally found the right store!!Since over a year I’m shopping at this location, is not the closest to my home but the woman and the guy there are super kind and gentle. Since the first time they were willing to accept returns and exchanges of products that didn’t work on my hair and make recommendations super accurate, I feel they really cares about what I was looking for. Thank you guys!

I went today 2/9/2022 to the Sally's store in Federal HwayTo exchange a hair color productThe fist girl was very nice and help very goodThe second one wow I am in shock she went all the way to help and help very nice and helpfulShe knew the products very well and she had very much knowledge was she was talking aboutHer name is Sophia ???I will most definitely go back there againOnly one thing my hair color product has never went on sale..I used to buy 2 get one free or other dealsAre they ever going to be?

Yesterday I came in to purchase Mousse.Cashier Emily was alone as when asked if there’s anyone else to help me as well as other customers was available. She said helper was on break.However this young lady not only was answering our questions, directing people and running the register, she was doing it professionally and with patience?Kudos to Emily ??????

I walked into the store on the last day of a sale of liter Biotera products. They only had one conditioner left of what I needed. The sales guy told me that I should try the Ultra Color Care conditioner instead of the regular Color Care conditioner. I told him that the product I want is the only product that seems to work for me...it does not make my scalp itch and it has super slip for smoothing frizz. He told me that the Ultra one is newer and pretty much the same thing. So he convinced me to buy 4 liters. I went home and discovered that it was NOT the same product and it made my scalp itch and was not as moisturizing as the regular one, so could I please switch them out. (I will also add that they had all their Biotera liters marked at $12.99 so they had to honor that price for me, the Actual price is supposed to be $14.99) They apparently had restocked everything, so plenty were available. (I will also add that they now had the proper price marked at $14.99). He proceeded to refund me the sale price and charge me the regular price, so I would owe money....and quite a bit! He refused to do an even exchange. I called corporate and they told me the same thing. Once again, they doubled down and wouldn't budge. So, this is their policy, BEWARE! I have never heard of such a policy in all of my life. Most stores would not want to lose a sale or a customer. After 30 years of shopping at Sally, I will no longer be a customer. They lost me for life. There are plenty of other stores to shop in, even online! My business will go elsewhere!
