Today Saturday my car plus others had pink soap all over car they had to go threw car wash again I couldn't wait and wait another half an hour so I left cars have to wait when car is in front of you getting vacuum they should vacuum in back so line gets to busy and you wait one hour

Horrible car wash! My car was still dirty and on top of that, they blew out one of my tire valves, now I have to get a new tire.
You should be more careful while washing vehicles or at least clean them properly without screwing them up. ? ??

By far WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! There has never been a single time that anyone has been kind or smiled or been helpful. They do a terrible job cleaning car interior. Never fail to see dust or they don’t wipe down dash. Waste of money and time!

I have been a longtime customer here with the free wash program from JM, didn’t realize they do detailing and the service was needed, because we went out of town and the tree stained our truck. The stains did not come out with a regular wash but when they did the detailing it was removed and got our truck looking brand new.
