Been trying to get my uncles prescription for glimeperide for I don’t know how long. They’re REFUSING to give it to us, giving us excuse after excuse after excuse. DONT COME HERE!!!!!This has been an ongoing issue for years. They’re refusing to give him refills. He could have a stroke or heart attack because of this!

If you are very sick, do not come here you will die the call center staff that they have are completely incompetent and had the nerve to make me feel like I’m stupid saying I don’t understand what he is saying!!! There’s no way to get directly in contact with the office or speak to a supervisor if they even have one. Run the other way because you will die or suffer of sickness if you come here!! Very disappointing!

Attention by the doctors and personal when you are there is great, but to communicate with them about appointments, test, referrals, prescriptions or anything else is the worse medical provider I’ve seen in my life. First because you can never get in touch with the office where you’ve been seeing, is only a call center and everyone there have not clue what they’re doing. I have been a patient here for two months and had so many issues, I’ve been diagnosed with breast cancer and have to use them as a primary care and everything is been horrible, went to consult for a referral to my oncologist it took over a week fir my oncologist to get the referral. They even order me a mammogram what was already done since I already had even a biopsy. Went again to get the pre op test done it took two weeks and many calls from me and my surgeon office to get the results, they sent it one day before surgery. Now I’ve been calling for a week to get a refill for my prescription of cholesterol and BLOOD PRESSURE medication and they keep saying they going to send it and they don’t do it and it’s been a week and I have NOT medication. I don’t understand how a great insurance company as Florida blue works with some incompetent people like this

Super delighted with this place. Until we finally find doctors with g values who like their profession. Here my girls are treated by a pediatrician and what can I tell them? Dr. Catalina Castillo is the best ??. I highly recommend them. The staff is always very attentive and takes care of everything. If we had more stars I would give them a 10.

This is the best place for medical care.The people who make up the patient care team are very professional, have a generous attitude, and are always willing to help users.From the moment you enter the place, you perceive a pleasant atmosphere, from the receptionist to Dr. Edward Navarretti, wonderful, willing, and extremely professional. My best experience in terms of medical care! 10/10.

Edward Navarretti, the nurse practitioner was excellent. He listened to my needs and excelled in meeting them. The office staff were all friendly and helpful with ordering my blood work and my referral needs.

The doctor I saw was good however the establishment itself is a joke! Starting from the call center. I went to do an ultrasound and its almost been a month since I gotten a call for results...when I check the portal it states that the test I went to do was abnormal but nothing else...can you imagine how nervous and anxious one would become to see those words but still no feedback?? I called them last week and was told the doctor would call me in 24 to 48 hours...5 days later still no call. When I called this morning, I spoke to a call center rep that was so sarcastic and had no remorse to my concern...he would abruptly place me on hold and would try to convince me that his manager would call me back when I requested to speak with them...when the "manager" comes on the phone, after being placed on a long hold, she claims that she would call me back in about an hour while she reaches out to the office manager to see whats going on and here we are 5 hours later and no call. I will be making a switch ASAP. These people have no regards to peoples health. They dont care and they certainly wont be getting any of my time. And to be frank, though the doctor was an okay human being, I am not a fan on how they do things over there anyway...

I had a pleasant experience back in May 2023, when I decided to try Sanitas as my pcp.I met Dr Saul Quintero, who is very friendly and thorough. When I returned there 11/28, I was greeted by another doctor. Dr Quintero was unavailable indefinitely. She was nice and professional, but failed to send my prescriptions to Walgreens, which were supposed to be waiting for me in 1 hour. 4.5 hours later still no prescriptions. I had cold/flu symptoms. The next morning I called to see if the prescriptions were ready, but nothing. So I booked a 9am appointment in Coral Springs at the Carbon Health clinic. I was lucky to get in right away, and after my vitals, they tested me for covid. I was + ! So I had those prescriptions sent to CVS, and was able to pick up the cough syrup right away. I also purchased 2 covid kits for testing at home, and spouse was + ! Why didn't Sanitas test me for covid???I brought my spouse to Carbon Health clinic in Coral Springs the next morning and they did NOT test her for covid. They took a throat culture and a chest x-ray, after I told them she tested + at home.I had a $0 co-pay, but they tried to slap a $170 bill for my spouse. I may need to research another pcp moving forward. This Health system really sucks.

I was having some trouble sleeping, and had bad body aches, I was sleeping 45 minutes a night, totally exhausted all time. I decided to go the doctor, and get some medicine and feel better after some rest. Well, they wasted my time,did nothing except prescribe electrolytes. When I left there, same symptoms same aches, no sleep. And I ask myself if it's worth it to go to sanitas. Surely the doctor can get me feeling better. WRONG. WASTE OF TIME AND A COPAY. Did absolutely nothing to help me. I'm still suffering from no sleep

My first visit to this place, and I am here early and the doors are locked. I proceeded to knock and they said we're not open until 9:00. I wait outside until 9:10, and those doors were still locked. One of the doctors walked up a few mins later and proceeded to open the door and it was still locked so they went to another and knocked but no one came to answer it right away. Finally, a lady opens the doors. Very unprofessional.

they were so helpful with everything and they told us more than just saying that the kids are growing from their back pains or any type of pains they have, they also explained everything so much better that i understood everything. The best place to have ur doctors appointments.
