Well, on Saturday @2PM I arrived an hour b4 they close as per their hours online and get here at the guy at the counter was rude ignored me until I yelled at him thru the crack of the door, “can you get me that alternator” I talked to you prior to see if it was in stock. Now Their closed tomorrow on Sunday and have to rent a car for another week cause I work the work week and don’t have time to do it only on the weekends. Killing the small guys. And I worked with them numerous time in the past.

Buyer beware they will quote you one price over the phone and a different one when you come in person. They don't know what they are doing. I got a quote for $250 for a 4 Seasons compressor and he said the $14 drier needed to be ordered i could pay over the phone. I told him I would call back. Two days later i call bavm with my card to order someone different quoted me $286 for the same 4 seasons compressor and told me the drier was instock, it didn't have to be ordered I could just come pick it up.
I walk in today they said it's over 400 dollars but I could get a rebuilt one for less.
I never asked got rebuilt parts or discounts just the fair price. These clownd wasted my gas and my time. Crooks
