Rare 5 star gss station review. Reason is 45’ tow truck and rv travel trailer, we pulled up to an inoperable pump. While inside to ask cashier, service personnel found me waiting in line and said they were going to try rebooting the pump panel. As I waited in cashier line again they called cashier to have me go outside where they held open the pump on other side of same island that reached my tow vehicle since one I was parked at inoperable. Plus folks at restaurant were cordial. Thank you!!!

Topped off the gas since I was driving by. Was full around $14 and the price kept going up. Button was not stuck and no gas was coming out. I quickly docked it on the station and it stopped. Only losing less than $2 and being on a time sensitive trip, I didn’t take the effort to figure out how to report it, but I highly suggest someone to send an inspector to evaluate the situation and start with pump 14. Hopefully it’s a simple malfunction and not fraud / unethical tactics.

I got it yesterday!!! (JULY 27TH, 2024. I WAS THERE AROUND JULY 24TH, 11AM) HAITIAN GIRL ILY!! (They didn't give me all of the money?? They missed a dollar forty six, but I got my money back so)

I went to buy from this shell convenient store on may 16th, 2024. After I paid for some items, I asked the cashier if I could have a bag, she looked away and rolled her eyes with a mad hard face and grabbed and carelessly put the plastic in front of me like she’s tired of me or something. This happened exactly right after 2:50 am. She is clearly a cashier who is very rude.

The lady at register they don’t care about customers! Was a rude when I asked for a plastic bag after buy some stuff, She concentrated watching videos! I see the past negative reviews and are all about the same person! When I asked her where I can do a feedback she just said “they didn’t care”! Really BAD SERVICE
