We love Smoke Inn! Cigar selection was impeccable. The customer service was amazing. We enjoyed sitting and chatting with the other peeps that were also smoking a cigar. Both Manny and Vinny are awesome! We will be back every time we come to Pompano Beach. 5 out of 5!

Called the store to ask some questions about some items. Me And my friends are big on customer service, communication and spend thousands on cigars and the hobby. For three weeks dodged my calls as I finally blocked the number the same guy answers trying to tell me we are sorry for whoever did this and called his manager who by the way knows not a thing about cigars, the most disgusting group of people I’ve ever encountered in the cigar world. I’m in New York been to a few of their locations. The cigars are fakes and kept terrible, the other location had terrible hygiene and this one I saw a rat run out the bar and bugs in my ice. You’re better off going to a shoe maker for cigars than buying from here. The manager knows not a thing about cigars nor customer service and what it is to establish relationships. Florida has great shops i been dealing with and buying from for years for a reason. Decided to try this chain and call them to see if they’d make the hygiene and bad experience right. Nope, most disgusting group of staff and stores I’ve ever encountered. Stay far from here and use reputable stores who know how to treat customers. Who even educate themselves on the trade they are in and take care of the hygiene and products in the store. Best part when I asked for another drink, they charged me for it. Guess the roaches and bugs were part of that was supposed to be a Manhattan. Send that manager back to the vegetable section of Publix. Beware and stay far!!! Zero stars hands down, play with people time and money on top of being shoemakers of the cigar world. Will be calling the health department.

Manny & Kenny ,are 100% the reason that I come to this Smoke Inn. I moved to Deerfield Beach in 2022 from Coral Springs. I know Sal and Bob at the Smoke Inn, in Margate. All of my buddies who live in Margate and Coral Springs, go to the Margate Store.
When I started back smoking cigars I would stop into the Pompano location and purchase a Padron or Macanudo Vintage cigar.
One day, Manny, mentioned to me that he had a good idea of the type of smoke that I liked. Manny, made a recommendation that was spot on. Manny, and I got to talking and it turns out that we both were in the Navy. This store gives a Veterans Discount!
Kenny, has been nothing less than outstanding in the area of service and friendliness, as well.
Months back I met Eric Espinosa at this location. Great Atmosphere ,Cool place to catch a live sporting event and to chill.

Today I had the pleasure of visiting Smoke Inn Cigar Lounge and I must say, it was a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment I called and spoke with Kenny, who provided exemplary customer service over the phone, to the moment I stepped into the shop, I felt welcomed and valued as a customer.
Kenny's professionalism and attentiveness set the tone for the entire visit. Upon arrival, he went above and beyond to assist us, ensuring we found exactly what we were looking for and offering valuable recommendations. His knowledge and passion for cigars were evident, making the shopping experience not only enjoyable but also educational
The atmosphere of Smoke Inn Cigar Lounge was inviting and cozy, creating the perfect setting to relax and indulge in the world of cigars. Whether you're a seasoned aficionado or a newcomer, the shop's ambiance makes you feel right at home.
Of course, the highlight of our visit was enjoying the cigars we purchased. Each puff was a testament to the quality of the products available at Smoke Inn Cigar Lounge. We savored every moment, basking in the rich flavors and smooth draw of our selections.
Overall, I recommend Smoke Inn Cigar Lounge. From stellar customer service to a welcoming atmosphere and exceptional cigar offerings, it's a gem for any cigar enthusiast. My experience was nothing short of outstanding, and I look forward to returning soon.

Excellent cigar lounge, always well stocked with a top-notch selection. I've never gone in knowing what I want, generally leave with more than one cigar, and have never had a bad one from here. The staff here is friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The lounge itself is comfortable and relaxing. Great place. I'll likely be coming back for the foreseeable future.

Great place to buy a good cigar. Large selection and a very good walk-in humidor. Knowledgeable staff for novice and avid cigar smokers. Can buy to go or stay and meet a nice group of regulars. Multiple tv's for sports and entertainment.
