I booked a Covid test for travel with Speedy Sticks. They told me I would receive the results within 24h. at 9am on the Friday, the nurse came to take my partner and I's sample. 9am on the Saturday we did not have our results. We had to call customer service several times, with no change or answer. Finally we had to contact the lab directly, who told us they only received one sample, not two. At this point we needed to be at the airport for our flight.After a few hours, I received a call saying that they will issue a refund. No one apologized or tried to make me feel better after this insanity.That week the refund was still not processed, resulting me having to call another several times to finally get my message passed on to the right person. That person called me back, quickly issued the refund and apologized for the hassle.I appreciate the refund, but it took too many long distance calls to customer service to deal with the missing of results and following up on the refund.
