A+ Buying experience! I called and spoke with Joe to place an order for my Shelby GT350. He was very professional, friendly, went above and beyond to make my purchase a pleasant experience! Before calling, the site was quoting a shipping time of 2 weeks out. After explaining what I needed to Joe, he not only checked for availability but personally walked my order over to the shipping manager for it to be shipped out that day. Three days later I had my part...Talk about the WOW factor in providing excellent quality customer service! Company's are lucky to have employees such as this! Keep up the good work gentlemen as I will be a return customer!!

Amazing experience with Steeda. I purchased a blowoff for my 2024 Ford Maverick Lariat and couldn't be happier with the quality of the product and the performance it delivers. The installation was fairly straightforward and the result has been impressive. The turbo sound is much crisper, and you can feel the difference in engine response.
Also, the customer service team was very helpful, quickly answering all my questions prior to purchase. If you're looking for high performance parts and excellent service, Steeda is definitely the way to go. Highly recommended!

Having worked in the Mustang performance space years ago, I was familiar with Steeda. After purchasing my 4th late-model Mustang, a 2021 S550 GT, I decided to give Steeda a try for this build. I had heard pretty good things about them over the years.
I ordered their 'Stop the Hop' kit as I knew this was a great starting point for addressing common IRS suspension shortcomings. I placed the order on 4/19. I figured it would take about a week to receive my order. It took them a full week just to ship. After 12 days, my order arrived (5/1), the box showed up from FedEx damaged with one of the braces poking out.
I took pics and contacted them straight away. While one could blame FedEx, it was very evident the items were not properly packed. Most manufactures (Maximum Motorsports, BMR, etc.) bubble wrap and tape their parts, not Steeda. They just throw some paper in the box and call it a day.
TJ outlined "a couple of options": 1) The brace can be touched up... you touch it up, install it & we provide you with a 10% off coupon on your next order of a Steeda Manufactured Part.
2) You can ship it back, we'll provide you a call tag to ship it with - once we receive it, we'll work on sending out a new brace (pending inventory) ... which could take a couple of weeks to wrap up with all shipping back & forth.
I stated this was a car that was going to be on display at car shows. You would think a company wouldn't want tweaked or damaged products on display. Nope, I got the ol' touch it up and we will give you a 10% coupon, or send it back and likely wait another couple of weeks for a replacement.
I went with option 3) keep you inferior customer service, and your parts. This experience had me rethink my whole suspension, and who I gave my money to. I went with a full BMR system instead. The customer service was excellent, and the parts (as well as the packaging they came in) were great as well. Try harder guys.

Sonya was great to deal with and assisted me in obtaining a hardware kit for my Ford Explorer diff. brace. She was awesome and got me exactly what I needed! Steeda customer for LIFE!!!!!!!

Ordered my Steeda Exhaust for my 2023 2.7 4 door bronco on June1 and received it June 5. Got it installed today June 12 and am very happy with the muffler. Replaced a Flowmaster fx axle back that was too loud. This exhaust is a nice compromise from stock and the fx. Not much louder than stock and a better deeper tone with no drone. Nice improvement. Thanks to Steeda for the quick shipping and recommendation of this exhaust. Wife likes it too.

Do not buy from this company. Placed an order for a K&N air intake system for my Mustang GT and was told the item was in stock and will be shipped out. I received an email a couple days after placing my order asking me to contact them to verify my order and shipping address. After verifying my address i finally received a tracking number. 5 days go by and i get a call from the company saying they cancelled my order because that item cant be shipped to the state i live in. What was the point of having me call you to verify my address and yet you wait 5 days to call me and tell me you cant ship to my address after providing me with a tracking number? This is not the first time having problems with this company. Will never buy from them again.

Don’t ever do business with steeda. I bought three items from them for my s550 mustang. I wasn’t able to install the parts until about four months later. When I went to install one of the parts It was for an older mustang. I contacted steeda and was promptly told that they won’t exchange the part because it has been over 30 days. You would think that a big company like steeda would try to work with their customers. A buddy of mine told me to do business with steeda but never again

I ordered control arms for my car in the middle of February. If you don't know what that means, my car is not safe to drive with the ones I have. I upgraded by ordering from steeda I though. I got one email asking me to call them, mind you they have my number they could call me if they needed to verify my order. The reasoning is that customers have scammed them? First of all send my parts. I'm verified my car, paid for them and still have not received tracking after almost a month. Not good business.

They seem to have quality control issues. Bought rear sway bar for my Explorer ST and had issues new sway bar always make noise no matter how much lube i use. Just recently purchased lowering springs and had dealer install. After install rear was lower than the front so they sent me new springs that fixed the problem. They didn't seem to care that I had to pay the labor twice. I didn't ask for much to make it right.
