Ive been goin to this laundry mat for 19 years and have delt with the most worse employees there you can't even imagine,but hey who am I to judge,I give everyone the benefit of the doubt,laundry mat is clean,every blue moon you may have some issues but nothing to major,but this particular day it definatly was a issue i spent toooooo much money just to dry two loads,dryers wasnt getting hot,the employee in which was not there when i got there laundrey mat left unattended,15 mins later here she comes pulling up in her car,i go bck to the two dryers to see if they got hot yet still nothing... I approach the employee and advised her that the dryers wasn't getting hot,she said well I needed to move them to another dryer and try another dryer,at this point I have already spent 4:00 on these two dyers that want getting hot,I asked her could she reimburse me the 4 dollars worth of quarters she told me NO I can't give you your 4 dollars bck... With no explanation,no nothing,I had to humble myself because I suffer from serve anxiety,it was a very overwhelming situation... And I pray and hope nobody has to experience what I had to .. I'm a single mom of 4,work to hard for my money,she is very unprofessional and I'm gonna go higher than this...

I when to do my laundry I’m being going for 2 year and 2 lady have the nerve to put her hand on my soon and said she was looking at moving behind the counter and she did not want to be bother I call to try to get the name and they have the audacity to hand up on me owner don’t care and employees are disrespectful

Today the washer are not working properly and they would not post a sign on the door so the customers would know,they just continue to let the customers come in and spend there money and then say O sorry. I told the attendance to put a sign on the door but she wouldn't. To my understanding there water line broke yesterday and the water is running slow .

I have a washer and dryer at my apartment but came here to wash my big rug. Paid $7 plus soap and bleach it was a Saturday night. Didn't think it would be open around 11 pm so I waited till morning to go pick it up and it was gone. Some one literally stole my rug. A large 12 by 12 rug and none of the workers remember it or anything sounds like an inside job. The lady that works there is extremely rude. How does a rug that big just disappear. This is beyond ridiculous. Called the owner and he calls me back and says " sorry for your loss" smh. Had I gone up the street to the better neighborhood this would not have happened.Update: After this review the carpet magically appeared and I was called in to pick up my rug!The attendant said someone brought it back.

Filthy!!! The attendant was not attentive and refused to put an out of order sign on the dryers that were out of service. She spent most of the 5 hours I was there, outside on the phone and smoking. I will not be returning.
