Truist bank is the absolute WORST. I've been a SunTrust member since the early 2000s and have not experienced any issues with disrespect until the switch to Truist. The unprofessionalism of the customer support via phone and THIS branch in particular, is bottom of the bucket worthy. Before the switch you could speak with a rep that spoke clear English, now the calls are outsourced to God knows where and the service is absurd. I'm in the process of switching my funds to another bank and I look forward to finalizing the change.

I went into this branch with a banking problem problem and not only was the customer service excellent but they resolved the issue in 15 minutes you cannot beat live people with a great attitude

Very slow, teller stands there , doesn’t even greet you. Waited for 40 mins as they told me that it’s only 20 mins wait. Then comes the guy says he will take take at least another 45 mins -1 hour and to let you know that the bank closes at 4pmSo sorry, if you come back at 9 am tomorrow!!

extremely long wait for everything! Drive-thru WAIT! In-person WAIT! Need to call - Good luck. Much slower after the merger. I highly recommend another banking institution.

Courteous and professional! With the merger of BB&T the bank will be even better. I have yet to walk into a branch and not been greeted with a hello and smile from one of the Representatives.

Juliette Francois you are amazing at what you do. I was upset to an unpleasant experience that we had at the suntrust bank in lighthouse point. But you made sure you did what you had to do. To meet my expectations. You went above and beyond. Your laughter and voice is as sweet as a marshmallow. Thank you God bless your heart. Your work and your talent will never go unnoticed.

They never have enough employees. I waste minimum 10-15 minutes in line with only 2-3 people in front of me almost every single time I come in.

Trashy unsafe bank. Couldn't cash one of their checks here with no reasoning given for why, when the account being withdrawn from clearly has the funds available.

Sharon was nice, but maybe if that lazy security guard got off her phone and was not having personal conversations maybe she would have known I was next in line, and not have called me out for skipping two people. The teller even had to tell her I was next. Happened around 1030AM 5/3/19
