HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! TWO YOUNG PEOPLE WORKING, ONE WITH LOCS DIDN'T GET HIS NAME BUT VERY UNINTERESTED IN ASSISTING ME!!! WHO DID NOT GREET THE CUSTOMERS!!! LITERALLY WASN’T HELPING ANYONE YET HAD TWO CUSTOMERS WAITING TO BE SERVICED. ONE WORD “TRAINING”

Very poor customer service. Had a problem with my pre-paid SIM card and after three visits to get the problem resolved, Dan, the manager told me there was nothing he could do; I then asked for a refund as I was not getting the service that I was paying for — Dan told me that it was not their policy to refund pre-paid SIM cards. I won’t be using T-Mobile services again.

7/25/23Just like to thank Billy, a Customer Service Tech, from the Philippines, who reviewed our account and saved us some money. He had excellent rapport with us and he was very personable, when I called a few days ago, from down here in Pompano Beach, Florida. They gave me a stolen phone! It was stolen because they gave it to me and didnt charge me! They involved me in the breach of 37 million people and I still have a stolen phone. They changed my name without ID
