Giselle is the manager of this branch and a true monster. I have had so many issues with her from just terrible customer service to flat out lying. She is always on edge and impossible to deal with. I have been in this branch so many times and almost all of them I witnessed her doing the same with other customers. Quite possibly the worst run back branch I have ever seen. Do yourself a favor and find a better place to bank. Trish the assistant manager and no better. Less than Zero customer service. I am a business and personal customer. I highly recommend you stay away from this branch.

I don’t personally bank here but I had to visit the branch to cash a check given to me by a TD Bank account holder. Staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Great experience.

My husband and I have had a good experience each time we visit this branch. The staff there are helpful and take the time to give you the best service. We have the pleasure of dealing with Catiana who is incredibly helpful , professional & knowledgeable . Catiana makes us feel welcome and takes the time to explain with patience about the services. Real genuine person.

the whole bank just gives an off vibe whenever hispanics like me come in the bank .. the bank is full of white ladies there, we just got stared at and literally judged by their looks .. i didn’t feel welcomed at all , plus they didn’t provide the service my mom was looking for they even lied to her about her card making her look dumb ..

Store manager Gisella provided outstanding service at this branch, showing great attention to detail and professionalism. Her dedication deserves a 5+-star rating.
Gisella carefully handled my rather large wire transfer transaction, ensuring every detail was addressed in a very time sensitive manner, she even followed up with a phone call a couple hours later indicating funds were successfully sent and accepted.
Her respectful manner highlighted her commitment to excellent customer service, impressing me. Throughout our interaction, Gisella made me feel valued and appreciated. Her unhurried approach ensured I never felt rushed.
Her effective communication skills enhanced my experience, as she patiently addressed all my inquiries and needs. Overall, Gisella dedication to her role and customers sets a high standard of excellence, making her highly recommended at this TD branch.

My wife needed some international banking help when many obstacles were uncountered. Then with the most sincere dedication and professional help by Amanda Burton, What seemed to be impossible unsurmountable roadblocks, a huge problem was resolved. I had the same experience as Amy but its not racism it must be a new policy that makes no sense. I also was ready because i do my deposit or withdrawal slips in my car before i walk in. When they called next i walked to the counter and then a guy that was filling out a form turned and stood behind me and the teller looked over my shoulder as I'm standing at the teller and asked if he was here first. If your not ready then i don't care when you got there your not next!!!!!! Tricia needs to stop this ridiculous policy. Im not sure if its nationwide but its definitely at this branch. The other terrible thing is their low Zelle thresholds. 1000 a day 3000 a month and no business Zelle. Really??? Other than that there hours are great and there are never much lines to speak of. Thats why they get a 3 from me
