I got four brand-new tires and an alignment from this shop. The next day, I had to take a long 16-hour trip to DC. After two attempts to balance the tires at this shop, my car still had an unbalanced tire, leaving me with a shaking steering wheel the entire way.
On the way to DC, I called the shop for an explanation. They asked me to stop at any tire shop, have the tires balanced, and send them the receipt for reimbursement. This seemed reasonable, so I pulled into the first Walmart on my route.
When I got there, I realized the shop had forgotten to return my secret bolt key for the lug nuts. I was furious! Not only could I not get the tires balanced, but if I had gotten a flat tire, I wouldn’t have been able to remove it. Who knows what kind of trouble that could have caused on a long trip.
After driving a week in these terrible conditions with a shaking wheel, I finally got back to Florida, retrieved my secret bolt, and went to a different shop. They balanced the tires perfectly on the first attempt—something Tire King failed to do twice.
This shop is careless, unprofessional, and unreliable. They put me in a dangerous situation and caused me unnecessary stress. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you value your safety and peace of mind.

I purchased four brand-new tires from Tire King a year and a half ago. Recently, one of the tires went bad, so I returned to the shop to address the issue under warranty. They put the tire on their machine to verify the problem, but it was clear from my own video evidence that the tire was crooked and defective. Despite this, the staff blatantly lied to my face, claiming there was nothing wrong with it and acting rudely throughout the process.
When I contacted the tire manufacturer directly, they authorized a warranty replacement but required the original purchase invoice. It took me over an hour on the phone, begging the Tire King representative to send the invoice. He kept making excuses about being “too busy” and dragged the process out unnecessarily.
Frustrated, I went to Discount Tire, an authorized representative for the tire brand. They immediately helped me with the warranty and replaced the defective tire without hassle—the same tire that Tire King insisted was fine.
I will never return to Tire King. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful when it comes to customer service and warranty support. I strongly advise others to avoid this place. Save yourself the frustration and take your business elsewhere!

If I could give zero stars I would.
I called around town asking what place would be able to take me for a tire replacement and they told me to come right in. When we arrived, they took my car and put it out back and said it would be no problem and should be about a half hour. After an hour of a wait, they let us know that it was going to be another 30 minutes.
At about an hour and a half of waiting and being ignored and avoided in the waiting room, (as we’re seeing them on the cameras screwing off in the back to the point that the tire rolled into the street away from my car)
they admitted that the correct tire was at a warehouse and that there was traffic and they were waiting on the tire and that it should only be another half hour.
Another half hour later, We are currently still in the waiting room waiting for my tire to be put on as it is not the correct tire that they brought
Update:
I was not told that I have to come back to have the correct tire put on another day and they’re putting on an incorrect tire in the mean time.
I requested that they put my spare tire back on my car so we can leave now three times and I’m still waiting for my car.
New update:
After my request for my spare tire to be put back on was denied I was told I would get $30 off my tire after over 2 hours. Pathetic.
Whatever you do, if You value your time do not come to this tire shop. No stock, no customer service and no pride in their business. What a shame.

I've gotten my oil changed here many times and this last time they charged me $40 more without telling me the price went up. I brought up the last few invoices which they said they changed the type of oil so its more expensive, but they should have let me know up front, and was borderline rude when I brought up the concern. This is a very unprofessional way to run a business. Not how you retain customers. I would have continued to come back if I did not have this interaction.
