I tried out this nail salon in January and had an awesome experience. The staff is extremely friendly and Linda personally did a phenomenal job on my pedicure. I will continue to return each month. I highly recommend!

I visited Top Nails three times during my trip. Initially, I went in for a nail repair, thinking I could hold off on getting a full set until I returned to Chicago. Later, I went back for a no-chip pedicure. The pedicure chairs were amazing, and the service was just as great. My technician, Dan, even offered me a bottle of water, which was a nice touch.
Dan convinced me to come back and get a full set of nails done. I’m pretty particular about my nails—I like some design and a thin gel application—and they turned out perfect. I’m so glad I decided to go back!
Appointments are recommended, but I only scheduled one for the full set of nails. Regardless, I was able to get in quickly every time.

Henry is the best. I see him every few weeks for my nails and pedicure. I work with my hands and am on my feet a lot. My nails always stay nice and the polish never chips. Jenny was also amazing. She did a fabulous job on my eyebrows and the tinting was beautiful.
So happy I found this salon.

I’m not one to write bad reviews, but unfortunately I have to for this place. I went two days ago for a quick gel pedicure, during the whole process, I felt like lots of stinging and mentioned it to the girl but didn’t think much of it. She finishes, i see the shape is somewhat uneven but do not want to embarass her or make a scene so i pay and leave. A few minutes after I left, I noticed my toes kept bleeding. For the following two days, they continued to bleed, they’re peeling and eventually get swollen/red/purple ish. I called the same day that i got them done and very nicely mentioned I was bleeding and would like to speak to a manager, i was told the manager would call me back. I call back today (two days later) when no one called me back and they tell me i can come in to show manager. I come in, very respectfully show the staff (no manager) my toes and the pictures, they say there is nothing wrong. I explained how i was bleeding but cleaned it up of course. They were very rude, raising their voice at me saying I will not get a refund and if i want half my money back, i have to sit in chair and have them take the color off. They said the girl that did my toes went back to Vietnam so “why should I care”. My purpose was not to embarrass the girl or impact her in any way. I refused any money and said unfortunately I have to leave a bad review. I have gotten pedicures for years before but my usual place was booked and this was last minute. Do not come to this place that is not only incompetent but extremely rude.

I took my wife and daughter here for a nails day, and boy was it a bad idea. Terrible service, long wait and I could do nails better. Staff is not friendly. 0 starts

Terrible service and extremely rude staff. I came to this salon when on vacation, my nails look terrible and the tech was not gentle. When I expressed how I felt about my nails, I was told by staff they did not see an issue and they ignored my concerns. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Please never go to this place. I never leave reviews unless they are good but this place was so bad I had to let people know. They did a very bad job on my manicure and made me bleed and almost led to an infection of the cuticle. I tried addressing calmlyWith the owner who was no where to be found so I spoke to someone else there. They refused to address the situation. They just kept rolling their eyes as I explained the issue. Wouldn’t give me a refund or even apologize for their wrong doing. Bad customer service overall!
