“I would give this place 10 stars if I could. Had my AC up and running in less than 2 hours. Dealer was trying to charge me close to 7K to fix the whole thing. Over here was around 600. This place is very honest and fair and they really look out for their people. Would highly recommend their services to anyone in need of it.”

“A1 team at A1A Wholesale Transmission.
I needed a complete breakdown and rebuild of my 2013 Camaro LS Transmission. I was provided excellent customer service from Laura and Steve, I was met with a caring team who took time to make sure I understood what I was getting into.
My transmission had almost 200,000 miles on it before it came in, it ran but no longer shifted gear. The team cleaned it up, tore it down and replaced the affected parts, I was given a moment to see some of the process and was informed I had a bad engine mount which solved a lot of shaking in my car.
Overall, my car shifts and runs better than when I bought it 8 years ago.

“been using sideission now for like 4-5 years. you cant find a more honest shop. They have been working on my 600hp Sti and I recently brought them my porsche macan to install shocks all around, lowering springs and control arms. Jay told me what to get (alot was on backorder noone could helpt that) but mission success, Also had the install an oem trailer hitch on the porsche. Jay always takes care of me Ill always use this shop. He didnt keepmy porsche outside picked it up just the way i left it.. Ill coninue to refer people to themm but I think they have a ton of jobs, good for you guys. Im ecited for my stis transformation next month. When it comes to high end cars porsche and other manufacturers like to scare their clients with basic maintenance. Sidemission also flushed my pdk flush (porsche wanted Like $2500) I knew there were alternatives the car drives like its brand new literally. Side mission charged me a fraction of that. And this is why I bring my cars to them for so long.”

“This is going to be a long review because I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this place! We brought in a privately owned diesel school bus with 2 separate issues: over heating and smoking breaks. Right off the bat when we brought it in, both the owner and receptionist were incredibly kind and understanding of our situation. Our bus was converted into an RV, and is our permanent residence, so we were very anxious about bringing it in because we feared it would be in the shop for months like it had been in the past with other shops, but that wasn’t the case with this shop! They started working on it exactly when they said they could, and quickly diagnosed the issues. I’ve been to 3 other diesel mechanic shops now at this point and every single other shop tried to solve our issues by simply throwing parts at it and hoping each part would solve the problem, which costed us thousands and many times, didn’t even get to the root of the issue. Here, they tested our parts to make sure that they were in fact faulty before they replaced it. We mostly spoke with the owner of cruise n cool, who is super knowledgeable and was kind enough to take the time to break down and explain in detail how our broken part (a fan clutch) was supposed to work, and how they could tell it wasn’t working properly anymore, causing our over heating issue. At cruise n cool, the pricing was very fair and they were extremely transparent with the cost breakdown. I would say we even paid a little less than what we were expecting to pay, and for once, we weren’t left with a up-charged bill like we were with several shops in the past. Like I mentioned before, our rv is our home, so we asked that the technicians locked the door after use and they were extremely respectful and understanding of that request and did so every time.
Long story short, after having three terrible experiences with other shops, we’ve finally found a skilled and dependable mechanic shop to turn to for any future issues and maintenance.”
