Wasted an hour of our time with a bogus $120 rental charge. They insisted that it was just really tough to remove- very uncool to hold the customers time hostage that way.

I was here recently and got a box truck… there was a couple issues getting the vehicle and returning it but Kayla came in and fixed all my issues. Thanks to her I was a happy customer

Listen to the other reviews and go somewhere else if you can. Blatantly rude staff, as I sit here waiting for information, the employee decides to scroll through Instagram and like posts instead of continuing to help me. Two times as I am sitting in front of her to pickup my uhaul, she stops my process to go through her social media. Rude, unfriendly and not helpful.

The person that helped me was so rude and embarrassed me in front of other customers more than once showing that she did not want to help me and said in front of everyone that she “did not have time for any back and forth customers” she had very short unkept hair and was working the front desk. When I asked for help after being shood away from the desk to figure it out on my own through the app the new women with the very long dreads heard my concerns and decided to help me , she said I can stay outside to calm down and she would get my keys but then she never came back because they put her on a different project to do … so I did as my app said and went to the front counter to get the keys and the same short haired lady was trying her best to avoid helping me . I asked another guy who kept walking and repeated that he didn’t work there even though he was wearing the uniform, and finally Mr. Oliver (I think that’s what it was … it started with a O) took me outside and was able to get a different guy who just came in to help me. It was a horrible experience I cried outside twice because I did not want to give the energy that the short hair lady was giving me at the counter back to her . I kept my cool as much as I could in front of the other customers . And I couldn’t get her name because she kept her badge flipped . Worse experience ever.

0 stars is the most accurate rating for this place thanks to JULIANNE BUCHANAN , The rudest, arrogant person with a terrible attitude since you come in , without any interest in helping or solving doubts or problems. I recently moved to Georgia from Florida and I went to Florida to help my parents to move, and I was with my father that day. Since I live in Georgia obviously I have a Georgia ID, Then she told me that I couldn't rent a truck if I don’t live in Florida, something absurd but anyway I kept trying to rent my truck so since I was with my father there with me I told her that I could give her all his information and she asked me for his phone number and address, when I gave her the phone, she called his number and my father took a while to answer because he couldn't find his phone and this bothered her, then she told me that I had to prove that he lives at that address with a printed bill. Who has printed invoices in their pocket?? Then she called my number but my phone don’t take number that I don't have stored or the ones that are a possible scam so my phone rejected her call so I saved her number and she called me back and saw her number on my screen and obviously she was more upset and more rude then she said I have to prove that I live in the address of my ID , with the same thing, an invoice and I told her that I can showing her my bank statements where she can see all my information and she looked at me with arrogance and laughed and told me that don’t work like that, by that time I was so disappointed and so frustrated that I decided to find another uhual, I told her that she had a terrible attitude to working with people and she just turned her back on me and I walked out, then in my car I decided to make a complaint about her and I came back and asked her name and the guy next to her with long and curly hair called me VIEJA LOCA that mean old crazy woman, he thought I didn’t hear him but I heard clearly , I thought maybe because I am Latino I would get that attention but after reading the comments about this place I realized that she and all the staff is like that with everyone who comes there. I know that we all have bad days and there are people more serious and no so friendly like others but one thing is serious in your work and another is being rude and arrogant, just be POLITE. After this I went to another uhual and Mr. John from the other office that is in Pompano too, it took him only 10 minutes to help me with my truck and told me all the requirements and obstacles JULIANNE gave me at the other place were unnecessary.
