Avoid this store. The crewe are a bit lazy in my opinion. The UPS store is known for packaging and shipping. Not here. The staff was swift in rejecting my amazon boxes, telling me that I had to package them together and blablabla!!!! I thought that is their primary purpose.

Just had an unpleasant encounter at the counter in a UPS store near my house. I was having papers faxed. While observing, I noticed that only 3 of 4 pages were going through the scanner. The person that was helping me noticed it and tried to scan the documents again, and again only 3 pages go through (to me one of the page must haves tucked together). As I tried to tell the person that was scanning, I was rudely interrupted by another worker. I tried to explained my concerns, he ignored me and shouted that I should be quiet and things would be taken care of. This man has no concept of how to deal with customers. Instead of listening to customers, he chooses to shout them down. I will never use this UPS store again.

"I had a disappointing visit to the UPS store recently. I went there to get a fingerprint done, but the service provided by the staff, particularly the individual who seemed to be the owner, was far from satisfactory. He was rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process, which left me feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. As a loyal customer, I expected better treatment. I hope the store takes this feedback seriously and improves their customer service standards."

I had a great experience at this UPS store. They treated me very well. They were very knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make sure that everything was delivered to the correct locations. I had about four or five deliveries, and they were so helpful. Definitely coming back to the UPS location . Keep up the great work. Thank you very much.

Every time I go in to this store i'm greeted by friendly employees and most of all they understand my needs and i've never had an issue with any shipments. I will continue to go to this store. I'm so glad they're in my area.

Although the initial interaction was positive, my experience with this particular store became unfavorable due to the presence of individuals exhibiting narcissistic behavior. Their conduct towards me was unacceptable, and I have decided to discontinue my association with them. Despite my repeated attempts to decline, they persisted in requesting my phone number with the intention of monitoring my whereabouts. This was completely inappropriate, given that I have been subjected to stalking in the past, including by individuals associated with this office. I requested mail forwarding services from them, but they not only mishandled my order but also ignored my specific instructions. As a result, I am now concerned about whether my package will be delivered correctly. I am deeply disappointed by the conduct of these individuals who seem motivated by jealousy and resentment. It is regrettable that they are unable to act in a professional manner.

I went to this store to send a package to some relatives overseas. However, I have very limited knowledge about the entire mailing process. So, when I went to ask for help the guy at the front was able to break down every step and help me navigate through the entire thing. He was super knowledgeable about everything and gave me tips for any future packages I may want to send to make things easier for me. It probably would've taken me hours to figure everything out my own but coming here made it so much easier. I was home so fast that I was able to watch the rest of my television show. I would definitely recommend coming here because it just makes everything easier.
