I had a Prepaid ebay.com marketplace usps label, with a pokemon card inside, in bendable plastic. When I went to the person instead of leaving it on the counter she thought I would have to pay more. She then gave it to another lady who knew it was prepaid but then mentioned something about its requirement of flexibility to go into a machine and something else that caused me to feel insecure about my mail being at this post office. It was very flexible, likely more flexible than a credit card in the mail from a U.S. bank. I would like us customers to feel more secure about these people's teachings. The picture is of a item like the one I sent as 1ounce that can bend a bit. It's flexible. I've also had mail not get delivered to my name at 777 Federal highway pompano Florida. They should teach usps drivers about like apartment numbers but different buildings with different named people. I'm glad to be apart of this community and hope we try our best to do good together.

First time and the last time I went to this location. Workers are rude. Not to mention I witnessed how they judge customers as soon as they step out from the counter. Out loud. If you don’t like people this much, don’t choose to work with them.

Purchased a PO BOX here in 3/2025. Filled out mail forwarding forms for myself & three others, with the assistance of an employee at the service counter (TWICE) In April I get notices that they’re holding the mail for the other 3 individuals until they bring in some documents. I went online this past weekend and closed the box because 1 iof the individuals is a baby & why now do you have to do so much just to forward your mail to a purchased box?? I maybe entitled to a partial refund, but no one has time to go to the location. The only way the issue can be resolved is in person OR you can fill it out online and pay $1 per request. Too much of a hassle and I paid a pretty penny for that box for 6 months. Never paid such a high amount in the other areas. I’ll just send my mail to my home because after filling out at least 12 forms (3 orms each for 4 people) something is still wrong. Your employee helped me fill it out. Very nice lady, but what’s the issue? I will never know.

Poor experience each and every time. I dread going to this location. Ana is rude, condescending, and needs some additional training on customer service.

Post office is supposed to open at 8:30am during the week. I'm sitting in a line of at least a dozen people on a Thursday morning, it's 8:49 am so far and still no one has opened the doors.

WOW wow wow!!!...I Don't think the ringing is ON at this post office. USPS please check out the working condition of your office phone. This is terrible for the customers to NOT be able to get a hold of anyone! Please do better for the people in the community!

I have been here several times and I can't remember one time that was a decent experience. This last time was just as bad. Workers are extremely rude, have no urgency to clear the lobby and have no interest in helping out their customers. Employee Danielle is very rude and has poor people skills. Avoid this office.

You would’ve thought it was crime for me to be dropping off paid mail. Why is it every time I visit this post office someone is mad I have paid mail to drop off. I tried to make it easier by filling out the USPS manifest and somehow that’s a problem too. At this point I’m so sorry for having to do business with this post office. I didn’t know it was such a crime for me to have paid postage to drop off. I try to have USPS pick it up and apparently that’s too much work as well. So what is it y'all would like me to do. Not use the post services I pay for?

Rarely a good experience at this location. I want USPS to stay in business, but these people make me want to choose any other shipping service.
