Excellent service! AJ is the best, truly. Whoever doesn't see that is the problem not her. But on another note, the storage space is great. Location has 90% of businesses around that area. Nice climate inside the units and floors are always clean! Would recommend this location over and over again! 4 time renter here :)

Horrible customer service, the policy isn’t clear. No one never notified me for payments but locked my unit. And charged me $100 extra. Which I didn’t mind I just wanted to know why and why I wasn’t told so. AJ is disrespectful and needs to be coached on work ethics. She locked my unit because she thought she was going to have my baby girl items. Yet I can’t wait till she have her baby, I got some BTA for her.

I recently rented a unti with Value Store it and had a great experience. The units were clean, well-lit, and secure. Aj was friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. I especially appreciated the the affordable pricing compared to other places in the area. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a reliable storage solution!
