“Came into the store for a charger. Michelle hooked me up with two extras that she had. My friend and I ended up buying more things than we even came in there for. She was super helpful and her customer service was appreciated. 10/10 would recommend”
“Jim the assistant manager was very knowledgeable and has top tier customer service!! Talked thoroughly about what I was looking for and he found it!! Highly recommend this shop! Again, outstanding service!”

“This place is amazing! I have been shopping here for years. By far the best selection, prices and staff of any vape shop in Florida. Nick is particularly knowledgeable and very helpful. I highly recommend this place to anybody who wants a great experience.”

“i’ve been to the shop on three occasions. The first time I had a fantastic experience. The young lady who was working was amazing. She made me feel like I was a “regular“ despite being my first time there. I am definitely a creature of habit and I do not like going new places and she made it a wonderful experience for me. This time, the guy working made me feel like just walking in the door was annoying. I felt super uncomfortable & couldn’t get out of there fast enough.
I’m still giving 5 stars because the store itself is pretty cool & the young lady from my first visit was amazing. If I consider that visit alone, absolutely 5 stars. She & the store deserve positive recognition. I won’t leave a bad rating because of him but I will definitely just stick with my “regular” vape shop moving forward. Looks like there’s great reviews overall. Hopefully if any new customers decide to check it out, they won’t come when he’s working.”
“The nice guy at the counter was so friendly and gave me more information than I've from the vape place I've gone to for 6 years. I will definitely be back. Thanks for all the help.”

“I bought the 10% salve. It's so thick, I prefer it as spackle! It feels nice & warm going on & the atima is also soothing. This helps my aches and pains. These people were very nice to deal with. I just bought more.R”
“Besides what is already in this paragraph. Krush was very dope and nice. She knew her stuff and would definitely pull some sales tactics on you to buy more. ?❤️?
Very nice, neat & clean place. Some people cry about the prices but this is what gets me…. You’re willing to drive another 5 to 10 miles to waste gas to buy the same vape… when you could walk down the street and buy from here and save gas. You’re gonna pay more for gas compared to just walking here and saving your gas. ??♂️??♂️

Amazing experience every time I come to Dope Smoke Shop. The customer service is on point—super helpful, welcoming, and knowledgeable about all their products. The vibe is great, prices are fair, and they always have what I’m looking for. Easily my go-to smoke shop. Highly recommend!”
“The employee who helped me was patient and clearly explained the different strains and their effects. Their dedication to educating the customer is top-notch, making me feel secure about my purchase”
“Absolutely love this place. The atmosphere is relaxing, the staff is genuinely friendly, and you can tell they really care about quality. Every drink I’ve tried has been fresh, consistent, and made perfectly. They took the time to explain the menu and helped me find exactly what I liked without making me feel rushed. It’s become one of my favorite spots to unwind, get some work done, or just hang out. Clean space, great vibes, and amazing customer service. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming place with great drinks. Extra thanks to the guy who didn’t want any credit for being so kind…”
