I forgot my passcode and tried several codes before I realized that you had 10 tries. Then your iphone gets locked. I came to Verizon for help and Sunny came through for me when everyone else couldn't. I can't say enough about his professionalism and knowledge. I also purchased a new phone with a great plan at a great price! Thank You Sunny! Thank you Verizon!!
