I had the best experience with Omar at BMW of Pompano. I had no appointment but showed up at 9 am sharp and Omar and GM Kelly were there to hop in and help me. I was on a test drive in 10 minutes. Omar gave a great experience and although we couldn't make a deal Omar will have my next deal. Call and ask for him or Kelly.
