Worst two workers ever . I had called in advanced to ask when my medicine would be ready and when I get there I get a mean old black lady all mad talking about "it's not ready with an attitude- I'm like well they told me 12:30 and she responded - nobody told you nothing ... she then proceeds to tell me to wait 15 minutes . 5 minutes later the RX magically is ready . Won't be back here . Pathetic customer service .

Worst experience at the liquor store. Bottle set of Kahlua from christmas left over was scanning at $8.79 and cashier manually changed the price against managers review. Manager told her do nothing change it and she went against that and priced it at 21.99. Cashier ID is 112-Carline. TRANSACTION #1658. OPERATOR: ZAIMARIE STORE: 04120. Hope someone fixed this type of behavior. Why did I paid it well I was buying other things and I didn't noticed the changed and she threw away the receipt,and and I had to get the manager to reprint the receipt. I told manager about this and she said sorry there is nothing I can do.

I have used many, many Walgreens my whole life. I have had no issues at all here and the staff are very friendly.

My Dr. Called in a prescription on Friday at 1:00 in the afternoon. I called several times until 3pm trying to get someone on the phone, but I was just left on hold. I went into the pharmacy at 3:00 and was told it would be ready in 30 minutes. Then 45 minutes later I was told that they do not have any in stock. They said they could not transfer it to the store down the street because they close at 5 and it would take 2 hours to fill. They offered to send it to a store 30 minutes away. I declined and opted to wait until Monday at 2pm when they would have it in stock. Well it is Monday at 2pm and they still do not have it. The woman said she does not know exactly when the shipment is coming. Probably tomorrow. This is the worst pharmacy ever.

For the past few months they have been two new girls working the counter in the pharmacy they have to be two of the most incompetent slowest people I have ever seen. They have no idea what they're doing constantly have to ask for help. The drive-through window is always backed up a minimum for cars every time I go, inside in person is even worse. I'll be looking for a new pharmacy for sure.

Been waiting in the drive through for over 45 minutes to pick up a prescription. On a Friday, at 4pm. Not after work or on a weekend. 2 cars in front of me. The staff here has changed and one woman in particular, Sharon, is super slow. She should not be allowed to work the busy drive they window. This has been my Walgreens for 14 years, and most of the staff is great, but now I'm going to look into another pharmacy. This has happened on multiple occasions. And going inside isn't any faster. I don't understand what takes so long!

They seriously need to retrain their associates. Tobias was rude nasty and SHOULD NOT being working in customer services. He was so nasty that I WOULD NEVER shop here again.

Always have to wait in line because 1 person is behind the counter. They need to hire more people!

Brian the manager is absolutely amazing. I've never seen a store manager so involved and professional. I was a loyal CVS until I walked in his store. Thank you Brian for making your store an enjoyable place to shop.
