Some of the younger women who work here are bitchy and short tempered. Don't even try to ask them for help or they will be extremely rude about it. My mom didn't have her glasses and asked for help (on 6/10/25 at around 11am) and they were really snappy and unhelpful. She ended up finding something with big print by herself, but come on, its your job to help people. Should be fired for incompetency. However, yesterday my partner and I picked up something there and the older lady was cheerful and kind.

I’m fed up with healthcare and in this latest episode, I call this Walgreens several times to see if they have a prescription in stock for my husband. Their reply was it is out of stock. I call multiple other pharmacies and they are out of stock too. Then I pay medfinder.com $50 to search where there is inventory of the medicine and they say this Walgreens. I call back after medfinder said there was stock (literally this is a couple hours after I call and they say they don’t have it in stock), tell the pharmacist who medfinder spoke to (she thought I was that service still) and confirmed there was indeed stock. So instead of getting a truthful answer from the pharmacy the first time (or second or third), I had to pay a third party to essentially tell me that Walgreens was lying.

**Walgreens Pompano Beach, FL - Review**
I recently visited the Walgreens in Pompano Beach, and I must say, it was quite a pleasant experience. From the moment I pulled into the parking lot, I was struck by how ample and convenient the parking options were. Whether you’re visiting during peak hours or later in the evening, finding a spot was easy, which is always a plus.
One aspect that particularly stood out was their commitment to accessibility. The handicap compliance at this location is commendable. The designated spots are conveniently located near the entrance, making it easy for those with mobility issues to access the store without any hassle. It’s clear that they prioritize inclusivity and the comfort of all their customers.
Inside the store, I found a well-organized layout that made it easy to locate what I was looking for. The aisles were clean and spacious, providing a comfortable shopping experience. The staff was friendly and approachable, always ready to assist if needed.
Overall, my night at Walgreens in Pompano Beach was enjoyable. With plenty of parking, excellent accessibility, and a welcoming atmosphere, I left with a positive impression. I would highly recommend this Walgreens location to anyone in the area looking for a convenient and accommodating shopping experience.

Decent Walgreens pharmacy. Sometimes they are out of a bunch of stuff. Not as many beauty and skincare products though. Ample amount of parking

Friendly pharmacy technicians. They communicate well and have a good app to reorder prescriptions.

A nice big store with tons of selection. The place is very neat and tidy; very clean everywhere. There's even restrooms at the back. Checkout was quick and the staff were decent. Parking was simple in the large private lot.

Hands down, the worst WG of them all. The cashiers are soo incredibly slow and the management is not playing with a full deck. I've seen how much money the Walgreens family has in their yachting interests. Why can't they afford to care about their customer experience? I wish they would bulldoze this location and do everyone a favor. At least install self-checkout lines!!

We live on the Massachusetts/New Hampshire line, and My Mom usually goes to the Plaistow, NH "Walgreen's." In Florida, she goes to "Walgreen's," in Pompano Beach, FL. (1101 Atlantic Blvd.-RTE A1A). What a HUGE DIFFERENCE, not Only Between Pharmacies, but Also the Stores, (Usually Kind of Messy), and ESPECIALLY the STORE Staff! I've Been with my Mom (Who is Hard of Hearing), when she's Picked Up her medications, (or I've Picked Them up For her), at Both the NH & FL stores. Although the Pharmacy Staff at the Pompano Beach, Pharmacy Sometimes SEEM TO TRY to be Kind, (& Helpful, However, they Fall "A Bit " Short in the Customer Service/Compassion Depts.! As I said, my mom is hard of hearing, and when she asked a few questions of the pharmacy staff, and had to ask A Pharm. Staff Member to, "Please repeat what You, (she said, one of the Pharm. Staff members rolled her Eyes, and showed her Obvious Exasperation!! My Mom is 80 years Young! She's a Classy, Beautiful Woman, and She CERTAINLY DOES NOT Deserve to be treated that way,...NOBODY Deserves That!! I Was P*SSED OFF, and Tho My Mom didn't want me To,...I said something to the girl; "GOD-FORBID, I Pray That You Are NEVER Hard of Hearing!!" Also, I TRIED Calling-Out, To ask an Employee (Whom We later found out was Manager, or Asst.-Manager, at That Pompano, Walgreen's,), A Question, an He Ignored Me, Even after another customer tried to get his attention for me!!?!! I Literally had to Follow him down Aisles to Get Hood Attention!!! When I FINALLY Found What I Needed, On My Own, The girl at the checkout was Not Only Rude to the Customer Before Me,...She Was Rude To EVERYBODY, And Even After we Asked her to repeat what She Was Saying, and I TRIED To Make a Joke, Just In Case She Was Having A Tough Day,...She Was STILL Rude!!! THE ENTIRE STORE NEEDS CUSTOMER RELATIONS RECERTIFICATION, BUT DEFINITELY, THE STORE STAFF ABSOLUTELY NEED RE-TRAINING ON HOW TO TREAT PERSONS OF DIFFERENT THAN THEY/WE HAVE THE RIGHT TO TREAT EACH OTHER LIKE, (EXCUSE ME), SH*T,...AND WHO KNOWS, THIS COULD BE PART OF, IT!?! I HOPE NOT, BECAUSE EVEN THOUGH "WALGREEN'S" IS NOT MY PHARMACY, I'M I'VE ALWAYS LIKED THIS STORE & HER STAFF!!!!! (MOM'S A SNOW-BIRD!)
