Traditional Walgreens with normal drug store products. Pharmacy staff if friendly and efficient. Easy parking available and a drive through for prescription drug pickup.

I've been going to this location for over 5 years, every month.
The head pharmacist is always pleasant and willing to assist customers.
I don't know if this location is very understaffed, or some of the pharmacy techs are irritated from most of their clients being older and the challenges that come with that (understandable). But the newer young Hispanic pharmacy tech (around 5'4, under 27 years of age) always seems short and has an unpleasant attitude.
She was the person who helped me the last couple of times, but she was extremely unhelpful and apathetic when the pharmacy ran out of the medication that I needed recently.
Another pharmacy tech from a different location was kind and patient and helped me check other locations that had my medication. This is the example to aspire to.
If you find it hard to humbly & kindly assist people and their medicinal needs, one may need to rethink/reflect upon their customer service skills or occupation.
Thank you to other others who are consistently kind and helpful.

How I've not done a review of this particular Walgreens is beyond me. It's close to home and convenient and we've been coming here off and on for more years than I care to admit. They carry a bit of everything -- from cosmetics to meds; from food to cleaning supplies. During hurricane season, they have been there for last minute water and other items. During the holidays, we've ordered Christmas photo cards here; When a candy craving hits and we don't want to go far, then here we are. We've lived nearby long enough to remember when this store was built and sadly to remember when a police officer lost his life here. More recently our latest healthcare plan switched from CVS to Walgreens so we are here often to pick up prescriptions and related items. I'm sure we will be here again...

Paid for my medication to be delivered this morning at 7:47am, they misplaced the order and refused to deliver for 3 days. No one would rectify the situation and told me to wait 3 days for my medication. Absolutely horrific. Mistake on their end and horrible customer service.

Terrible customer service, misplaced my order, didn't deliver even though I had chosen delivery when I purchased, and didn't call me. I called at the end of the day looking for my medication and they had no record of purchase or delivery. Finally they figured it out but told me they couldn't deliver to me for 3 days and I couldn't talk to a manager for 3 days. Horrible customer service and refused to rectify the situation. Take responsibility for your mistakes. Do not recommend this pharmacy.

I don’t know if these people are just burned out but they get nastier and ruder each month which is hard to imagine. I think a lot of the pharmacy people need to look for new jobs.

Have gone here for years. Tried booking a Covid 2nd booster on line. Went in told them that the system isn't working for people over 50 yet. I tried several times.I handed her my vaccine card that was issued by this store and the nasty person at counter supported by others behind her started accussing it of not being a legitimate card, then loudu and rudely said she doesn't care if system on line doesn't work call this number and make an appointment!!! . I explained I was handicapped and is painful and difficult for me to come back , I'd like the vaccine today. There was only one other person waiting for one.They loudy and rudely told me NO!!!!Not happening!!! The woman waiting for her shot happened to be my neighbor and she was disgusted how they treat people, as well.Absolutely sickening treatment!!!!
