If I was anyone I wouldn’t even go to this store , a few weeks back me and my mom was accused of shoplifting in this store had a police come inside while we were in the back at the phramacy grabbing my grandmothers medication along with paying for the little bit of items just to be accused for nothing and nobody had anything !! Then the employees were looking very dumb when we came upfront with your receipt and asked how to reach cooperate from them calling the police with false information , This store is an absolute disgrace and I wouldn’t even bring a small size purse , in this store because they automatically think you’re shoplifting . If this was the last option on this earth I wouldn’t even shop there 0/10 !

This Particular Walgreens pharmacy never has the right times and dates on medication. I Find them extremely rude in customer service and very inept many people in The pompano area feel the same way I suggest using a different pharmacy in Pompano Beach.Fla READ the reveiws here everyone agrees rude staff ! They are losing bussiness in the pharmacy

Someone's making purchases of liquor at different Walgreens and having the receipts sent to my email address. This reeks of fraud,as the purchases are made with a credit card and the items purchased is liquor/alcohol. Reached out to Walgreens to inform them of this issue and no one will call or contact me. I guess they don't care!!

Pharmacists & techs are great! Drive through is a nighmare! It is beyond frustrating trying to understand an employee with a heavy accent wearing a mask. Then, this employee being rude when advised she cannot be understood and telling me to turn off my car - that had no music, a/c - no distractions going on!
Never again.

I am not big on negative or 1 start reviews but this has been the worst experience ! #1 I paid over $100 for a mix of items I paid with my debit card and the machine does not give a receipt … I asked for a receipt and the guy says it will go to my email … I said I don’t want an email receipt I want a paper receipt.. he said that the machine did not print one and that they would have to have a manager retrieve a receipt…
Then the manager comes up and starts helping someone I say I waiting on the line was helped and now I am not given a receipt and gave to wait for her to help others also this is crazy! The guy who originally helped me was also very rude and acted like I was asking for something out of this world … when you buy merchandise you should get a receipt that is very usual when dealing with a transaction … the manager walks away and I just leave at this point just the worst!

Always out of stock on multiple everyday items.this has been going on for years. Don't expect to go to this location for the things you need because chances are they are out of stock and have been for weeks

The pharmacy attendant was rude, did not speak English with any competency and handed me off to someone else since she could not understand English. This is not the first time this has happened at the 1101 E Federal Blvd, Pompano Beach FL location.
Walgreens need to step up their hiring practices or they will continue to drive customers to CVS.

I am new to the area, I have chosen Walgreens for my pharmacy. I must say from the front of the store to picking up a couple things every visit has been pleasant and hospitable. Never have I ever had a bad experience with a person. Also I to visit the liquor store, unfortunately I believe there are ways for the workers to become acquainted with their products a bit more.
