It’s so hard for them to answer the phone…
Waited for more than 30 min and they were just hang up the phone or would just keep you on hold this is the second time trying to get through and waiting another 20 minutes and nothing yet . I’ve Been inside and no one is even there can’t wait till my Drs. Appointment to get my meds at CVS

Waited 41 minutes just to be hung up on I am very frustrated with this specific location maybe Walgreens needs to outsource to a third party to assist they customers or appoint a single employee to answer the phones every single time I call I wait atleast 20 minutes or longer I don’t understand how you have a customer who comes every month and you do not have the medication in stock!!!!! Also I was advised they can not fill a certain prescription over the weekends which makes absolutely no sense!!!! So if something happens an individual has to be in pain because it is the weekend? I don’t see this in any policy Walgreens provides I am just frustrated and upset with the horrible service from this location

Person who was filling my prescription said what the prescription was out loud, loud enough for others to hear in the vicinity - even after I took the time to show her the typed out version on my phone. I did not need a verbal confirmation. I know you can read. Highly recommend not doing that as people‘s prescriptions are personal to them.

Went to 2 other walgreens to get my medicine. They came to this store a yound lady named Dantz a tec with pretty eyelashes lol helped me and figured out exactly why the system hasn't fixed the problem.in 2 weeks thanks you Dantz God bless you

This location has the WORST pharmacy ever! Miserable employees that act like you’re burdening them for doing THEIR job. They NEVER answer the phone. The last prescription I had filled here randomly got canceled, had to call multiple times/transferred multiple times just to get hung up on. After complaining to someone in a different department, I finally got to speak to someone that gave me some bs that they didn’t have it, “the pharmacist had to order it and it couldn’t be done that day”…just to get a text 5min later that it’s ready. It’s like everyone is clueless. It’s honestly unbelievable.
I went to CVS across the street to transfer my prescriptions(they’re so much nicer/answer the phone/call you back in a timely manner) and CVS couldn’t even get ahold of anyone there after MULTIPLE phone calls throughout the day.

I sat at the drive-thru window for over an hour when I finally reached the window they pulled the door down no sign or any information to say why the door was down and how long it would take to be back open so I went inside to talk to the manager who stood there like a deer in the headlights with a stupid look on his face when I explain this all to him I was then informed that there was some kind of a fight or something going on in the store and they had issues back there so he knew that something was going wrong in his building as a manager and knows that this is the most busy time for people to get off of work and come and pick up their prescriptions but did he bother to try and find out how many cars might be waiting and take appropriate action to let the people outside know that there was an issue no way else to call this but gross incompetence

This store is worse they never munprescribtion on time i have over a month every damn month one person will tell it's in then I call back to double check someone else will tell me no it's not in they are unorganized. You call them that don't help either

Super great people. the attention and care for her work is outstanding. the lady that help us was incredibly Profesional. thanks so much unfortunately don't have her name. she is Spanish lady. she stop a mayor problem from happening. ( some one put a fake gift cards each one for $ 500. They were more than 20 and she seemed that this gift cards they were fake ....she did follow the process and she did everything correct. Super good standing lady congratulations

Increíble en trato que recibí el día de hoy Hora:740pm en este establecimiento por parte de la muchacha que estaba encargada del lado de las fotografías , personas como esa no deberían de trabajar con atención al público!!! Se ve lo infeliz que esta en el trabajo y por eso el trato con la gente que como yo íbamos felices a buscar unos recuerdos impresos

Pharmacy is very unorganized said my medication was being filled in 15 mins came back two hours later still not filled then waited another 20… staff were very rude as well and unprofessional

Multiple times this past year they have gotten my prescription order wrong. Even when I call to double check it, they get it wrong. Once they gave me allergy pills that had NO refill instead of the medication that I needed. They also said my doc didn’t call in a medication and it had been there the whole time. This last time they gave me two of the exact same prescription and left off one I needed. So after waiting 10 minutes in the drive thru I had to turn around and GO IN to get the right one. Also the female pharmacist is not nice at all. I called to ask about a side effect to a medication one time and she was so rude. As she hung up she said ,”This is why I hate to answer the phone here.”
I used to love Walgreen’s. This particular location is horrible. I would go to CVS but I hear they are even worse. ??

That don't care about your health here. It's like they hired all the horrible people with bad customer service skills from the CVS across the street. Absolutely the worst, guess I need to drive further for a more competent pharmacy.
