Omg it's the worst thing I've ever visited, I love shopping at Walmart.
But this particular employee was rude and the manager was worse, I contacted the store manager for help and she was so rude and didn't solve my problem.
They set wrong prices and then respond in a bad way.
They had some t-shirts for $3.00 and at the checkout they were charging them at a different price. When I showed her the photos, the manager got very upset and didn't want to correct the mistake, so I took photos and now I'm publishing them. I like Walmart but I won't go back to that particular one.

I witnessed something I’ve only seen on social media, a rude person towards a Spanish speaking person. The worst part of all of this is that the rude person was an employee by the name R. I was returning some items and a Spanish speaking lady tried explaining (with hand gestures) that she had a phone. R almost immediately and very rudely said she didn’t speak Spanish and brushed off the lady. At that point the lady asked if I spoke Spanish which at that point I said yes. The lady said to me, “ please tell her that someone left their cell phone on the shopping cart”. I explained to R what the lady was trying to tell her and at that point Ramona said thank you but didn’t even acknowledge her via eye contact. Luckily, the owner of the phone kept calling her phone and R said the phone was at the customer service counter. I hope she didn’t give herself credit for the phone. It infuriated me to see such lack of customer service, lack of professionalism…….please retrain R.

Ordered one hour photo pick up. Went to pick up the next day and was told the machine was broken since the day prior, yet no one notified me and my order was not canceled and refunded. I asked Lametrius Butler for assistance on how I went about getting a refund and she was extremely rude and dismissive. While helping me she was rude to another customer snapping at them “I’m helping someome”. She doesn’t belong in any level of customer service even Walmart.

March 7, '25, 11:00 am - looking for portable cd player (boom-box) and a radio clock alarm. I had questions, but the four "attendants", "personnal", "team-members" were either on their phones, or otherwise occupied. What's the use of even opening your doors, walmart ? Good-Bye...

The worst Walmart I know. I always go there to buy a jewelry , and no one ever shows up. Today, I stood there for 40 minutes, and nothing. I left without buying anything… a complete disregard for the customer

One of the worst ones if you have to go to customer service. There are a few good customer service ladies there, but the rest, and it's obvious who, are extremely slow, and shouldn't even be back there... It's supposed to be where you put your best, not the least likely to perform. I would never even use customer service except the return bottle machine these is broken (3 years) and doesn't spit out receipts, so I'm forced to wait in customer service to buy the big jugs of bottled water from the company water cooler. It's painful! got there at 8:55 and went straight to the water and my receipt says 9:22.... There were only 2 people in front of me! Then the girl started talking to the person behind me before I was even acknowledged after I waited all that time... They need better people at the "Service" counter.

Jade an employee of Walmart customer service. She was very rude and unhelpful to an elderly lady. Instead of helping. She told the lady to come another day. Over a simple return. Definitely shouldn’t be working customer service. If you not going to provide it.

So, I went in to get groceries per usual, and I'm walking up to the register to check out, and the cashier just blurs out. Oh my gosh! So loud. I was confused because she looked at me, walking up with a cart full of groceries. I honestly stood their and looked up at the cashier number to see if I was walking up to the one that says 20 items and under.. but no, it was a regular one. So I'm not going to lie I gave this young girl the same energy she probably thought I was going to brush it off, so like she didn't like my response she went and called another employee to take care of my groceries..thus employee greeted me and ask me how I was doing..I mean ,why hire people who can stand being a cashier not just that but just be nice to people. By the way, the nice cashier, her name is Becky. Thank you, Becky. 🙂

Very disorganized. Aisles are too close together. Associated seemed irritated when I ask about the location of product.

Hot food kitchen suppose to be open at 10pm .. I’ve arrived at 11 pm today . They only have fried chicken wings ready, nothing else, only just wings.I was disappointed.. I ask the lady at 10:55 pm 2-24-25 can I get 12 piece wings all flat because that’s all they have ready.. she told me I couldn’t, I have to get it mix. I was displeased and said okay I’ll take the 6 piece you already box up.. she threw it back in the tray ..those wing is just going to sit there all day. I don’t understand why they can’t sell it without mixing it. so I just left .. they need to treat thier customers better .. fyi “hot food kitchen” it’ll be my last time buying hot food from this location. Terrible experience..

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at Walmart’s tire center today, primarily due to an employee named Mimi. I went in to purchase 4 tires and have them installed, but right from the start, Mimi was extremely unhelpful and rude. She seemed annoyed by my questions, gave short, incomplete answers, and showed no patience in explaining the tire installation process. When I asked for more details, she just handed me a piece of paper and told me they’d call when my car was ready.
After spending around 40-45 minutes shopping in the store, I came back to the tire center only to find that my car was still in the same spot where I left it. I approached Mimi to ask when my car might be ready, and instead of being helpful, she rudely told me that I hadn’t made an appointment and would have to wait my turn. I understood this, but I just wanted an estimate of how long the wait would be. She then told me that another customer had an appointment that was already an hour late, and if they didn’t show up, I’d be next. The entire conversation left me feeling more confused and frustrated than before. Her lack of communication and poor attitude made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her.
However, just 10 minutes later, I spoke to a different employee, Mindy, who was completely different. She answered all my questions with courtesy and professionalism, and I left the conversation feeling informed and respected. Because of Mindy’s excellent service, I decided to buy the tires but cancel their installation. The experience with Mimi completely soured my visit. I’m giving Walmart 1 star for Mimi’s behavior and 5 stars for Mindy. Hopefully, Walmart addresses this issue, because customers shouldn’t have to deal with such poor service
