“This review is going to incorporate multiple experiences/purchases. I came upon this local jeweler and after having them shorten a necklace and use the remainder to make a bracelet. I again used their services to make a custom piece of jewelry. While both items exceeded expectations it was the last visit that proved their exceptional service and willingness to do the right thing-I had them replace a silver lobster clasp and within hours my son accidentally broke the spring. I explained it was needed for a church service later that evening and they immediately replaced the clasp at no charge.”

It was very securely, discreetly, and professionally packaged. Once I purchased, Brilliance consistently sent me updates on status and when it would arrive. “First and foremost!!! I highly recommend using this gentleman, Bill,( Kew Gardens Jeweler). He responds immediately and his service is professional and fast! He worked on my Grandfather clock and an old wall clock that my father had given me. He fixed the chimes on my grandfather clock within seconds! He took my old wall clock and had it running and back on my wall within days! This gentleman is a gem! He explains things and really knows everything about clocks! He would make an excellent teacher! I can't say enough nice things about himl!

“Went to a gun show this past weekend, got a fair deal on my S&W 9mm cxs. Fits my hand perfectly. Passed by the shop to pick up a gift package. Its a military, army style storage with strap and pockets for extra clips. Also had protective glasses, ear protector and a gun lock. Received pretty good service.”

“We met Ed when we casually walked into Carrazza Jewelers during our staycation at the Bahia Mar Hotel. My wife had on the ring I had given her for our 25th wedding anniversary. It was missing a diamond and had a few others that were chipped. I had taken the ring to Matthew’s Jewelers in Plantation and was told the ring could not be repaired. Ed recommended we leave the ring with him. He was confident he could make the repairs— and he did! The ring looks like it did the day I gave it to my wife. Ed does phenomenal work. “I went to the Tag Heuer store at Town center mall in Boca to get a battery for my watch. I spoke with a young gentleman, Jacob. He said he’d need to send the watch out because the particular tag i have needs a special tool to open the casing. He asked me if I had the warranty or when I purchased the watch. He guided me to find my watch online and took time and explained if it wasn’t under warranty it would cost a few hundred dollars. I came back the next day. Jacob took care of my issue. He saved me money; he is professional, knowledgeable and honest. If you are looking to purchase a watch from tag, Jacob is your guy!!”
