It's just a shame what Wawa has become since expansion. Over the past 5 years, I've still gone there and it get worse every time. I'm probably late to the party out of patronage, but it's terrible. The Viral sandwich videos aren't doing them any help either. Looks like they put a hoagie/sandwich together with their feet.

Uber and doordash service. You are waisting time they ignore order and drivers have to wait long time for orders. They have same cashier for making orders

I ordered five chicken strips and didn't check the small bowl for sauce since it's usually included. When I got to my car, I realized there was no sauce, so I went back to the store and asked an employee for honey mustard. He completely ignored me at first and, after a minute or two, try to give me a honey mustard that’s used for sandwiches. I told him I wanted the kind that typically comes with the chicken strips, but he rudely told me I’d have to pay for it and said he would call the manager.
The manager explained that I would need to pay for the sauce because it has a barcode, and some Wawa locations don’t include honey mustard with chicken strips. I was frustrated and told him the employee should have communicated this politely instead of being rude and ignoring me. I forgot to ask for the employee’s name, but I won’t be returning to this Wawa again.

Deli/ coffee station guy was rude and smug. I had never been to a Wawa’s and ordered a milkshake, when It was done he had it sitting on the counter and I walked up and he asked me for my receipt, I told him No I didn’t have one which was because the machine didn’t print one out but before I could tell him that, he said “what you did you expect this to be free”. I told him “No I don’t expect it to be free if you would just let me explain before interrupting” he told me to reorder it again rudely before pulling back the milkshake aggressively. I just left and went elsewhere.

It's SAD!
Wawa is not the same as before.
I was recharging my car (Tesla supercharger) here expecting to grab a hot and delicious coffee, as it was usual several months ago in any Wawa.
There were 5 coffee brewers completely COLD!!!! But the issue is not only that: when I asked why that situation was getting normal in Wawa the answer was almost unison: you are free to choose other places to find what you are looking for!!!! Yes!!! 4 different people, including the "manager" Mr. Stan, said similar words!!!
It's SAD but at the end, they are right; I'm free to find better locations with better human beings behind the counter and better coffee.

Ordered a chicken steak burrito and it came unassembled? My burrito wasnt even wrapped correctly, it looks like you gave my burrito to someone who knows nothing about wrapping them...so sad, they even train you guys on how to do it! Sad that i can roll a burrito better then people who get trained to do it...

I got the new southwestern roasted chicken salad. It was packed with roasted chicken and veggies over romaine. 1oz cup of dressing not enough. They need a 4oz. Dressing it's a big salad. Worth $10 w inflation yes.

I did have a review 5 stars and a bunch of compliments BUT it seems way to often the machine that makes the milk shakes, smoothies, all of those types of drinks/ Dessert is ALWAYS TURNED OFF.. and sometimes it's 12am or sometimes it's 2:30am it's never a normal scheduled time it's always different and NO ONE can tell you what's going on they just say idk I think it's in cleaning mode then they say it's takes 3 hours hahaha... I had a guy who used to work there said they will turn the machine off all the time if they didn't feel like making those drinks... I see it way to often lately.. so food is 5 stars but the "random" turning off the machine and no one outta all the workers can tell you what or why it's off but they won't turn it back on... it's like the famous McDonald's ice cream machine that's always broke haha.
