This location is the reason I will be closing my 3 accounts today. I made an appointment for March 3rd, I was called to reschedule it, fine. It was moved to March 5th. I moved other things I had to do around to accommodate THEM, even asking for time off to have enough time to speak to someone. Then I get a call as I am heading to this location, that NO ONE there is able to help me, that they would take my information and call me back with the information I need. They give me a call back within 15 minutes saying that they don't have the information needed and that they will give me a call back. This was March 5th. It is now March 17th. So not only did I NOT get helped, but I lost time off of work and moved everything I had to do around to make it work just to receive a "WE DO NOT HAVE SOMEONE THAT CAN HELP YOU" call. I guess if you want better service, it is not here. If you need to process a new commercial loan, it is not here. I will be switching to Chase. They seem to be more attentive when I inquired about getting a commercial loan. Including follow up calls to see if I needed anything else. So disappointing because I have been with Wells Fargo since 2012 and would expect to have better service/help.

The truth is that they kept me waiting for an hour outside and another inside the bank. Then they told me that they are not qualified to serve me, what kind of bank does it treat? So, to their clients, why don't I speak English much, they tell me to bring a better interpreter the other day and They tell me this with a kind of laugh and racism and at the same time bad service in this branch.

Not sure if tellers need more training or just hiring wrong people. Teller was obsessed with my shirt and kept talking about it. customer ahead me asked same teller for 50$ and she kept saying to customer " i cant hear you". When i got to counter she disclosed they were running low on cash and asked 2x how i wanted my money. If you would simply listen the first time. Then she rudely tapped on the glass to speak to me when manager had to assist in clearing out keypad from prior customer. This is giving walmart bank vibes....hot mess

Manager is very rude and disrespectful to the tellers, always jumping into transactions when he is not needed or asked for. I have no trouble making deposits with my company debit card at the teller at all Wells Fargo locations except this one. I have been making teller deposits using a card for over 10 years and all the sudden this dude is going to educate me on my company deposit? this guy tells me your company won’t know where the money comes from, I get a receipt I swipe the card and put in a pin. He attempts to stop the transaction and tells me to go outside to use the ATM with $9000 cash in my hand. Does not care about the safety of Wells Fargo clients. This guy needs to sit down, he doesn’t know what’s going on.

Went to this branch to open a new account due to fraudulent activity. I did not have an appointment. Shadi Samad Toro was kind enough to fit me in. He was very knowledgeable and professional, and he made a stressful situation much less stressful. Wells Fargo needs more people like him!

No sense in going into details as this branch has apparently been getting awful ratings for years now… awful service, manager needs to be replaced immediately as he doesn’t know what he’s doing.

No employees! One person working with 10 people in line waiting impatiently as it's taking forever for any service! Meanwhile a "manager" sits talking on the phone. Bad attitudes also.

Terrible attitude! I do not recommend this bank to anyone!My husband does not speak English well, when he asked if he could use an interpreter, he was told that there was no such possibility, when he asked to speak to a person who could translate for him, the bank employee said that she could not talk on the phone. My husband waited for 1.5 hours, after which they simply returned the checks. I am very surprised that such a large bank has such a poor level of customer service and communication.It is a complete disappointment!

I would give less stars if possible. My former employer had me as an authorized signer on the business account. I had called the 800 business customer service number and they were able to cancel out the ATM card in my name over the phone, but unfortunately was told I would have to go into the branch to remove myself from the account.I made my appointment, and then was told that is NOT true.To me this does not make sense, I am not asking for anything but to remove myself, my name and all information from the account. Wells Fargo is basically holding my information hostage. So ridiculous, Im sure if I wanted to put money into the account that would not have been a problem, but not to take myself off of the account.During the time while working with Wells Fargo they allowed 3 fake checks to be deposited for $3000 each with my signature faked. This is why I am VERY concerned about them having my information on an account.Also, the lady was really condensending, when she called the 800 number in front of me, saying " I already know this but, can I remove this customer. " She is very politely trying to imply that I am not too bright for trying to remove myself. I was told by the customer service line that I could remove myself from the account, I did not just come there for fun and to waste my time. I am a business owner and that is why I do not bank here. Poor customer service. Do not waste your time banking with Wells Fargo, find a better bank.

No drive through lanes open at 10:45am on a Wednesday. It’s pouring down rain. Two tellers working, four other people standing around doing nothing, ten people waiting. Can’t wait to close my accounts with wells.

Tried to call to ask a question about cashing bonds. Tried multiple times a day, no answer. Told all are busy and to hold, which I did, only to be sent to the automated banking line or have my call ended

WORST BRANCH EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! Don't visit here if you have anything to do that involves customer service, their $h!# is the WORST!!!! Sat in the Branch for 45 minutes today and WAS NOT acknowledged or helped by anyone with exception to the young lady behind the Teller line did address me and was pleasant when I first entered while she was helping someone else, but ALL of the Managers/Bankers on the floor acted if I didn't exist! Funny thing, I was there to open another account since they don't allow you to do it online...SMFH!! Trying Chase.. I wish I didn't have to give this thing any stars at all, but it won't let me post without it. I guess it can get 1 star for the young lady who addressed me.
