Atms are not 24hrs as advertised on website! This is the only location that atms doesn't work 24hrs. I went multiple times at 12pm 2am 3am and now today 4:30 am and their saying out of service! This is ridiculous for a bank to not have available for customers!

The experience at the bank was overall pretty good except for the fact that I got there at 9 AM and there was already a line of about 20 to 25 people standing there ready to either cash a check or have help with their account (granted it was a Friday morning). The employees, once I was able to get to one, were very friendly and helpful as far as guiding me in the right direction is what I needed to do and solving the situation that I had on hand.

This particular WellsFargo is IMPECABLE with their CUSTOMER SERVICE - I ALWAYS GO TO THE WELLS FARGO ON 400 E SAMPLE ROAD - I GO OUT OF MY WAY TO ALWAYS DO MY BANKING NEEDS AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION ❤️❤️❤️

Do not come or do business with this branch 0066308 01 . Bad thief unprofessional Teller Kiara blond mixed and Branch Manager TREVOR SOOKHOD even worse. A Wells fargo account holder came to cash a check that comes from Wells Fargo like cashier check. They told her in 2 different teller, he has to be with you, yet, i came with her and Kiara start to be rude and saying I can do it as a courtasey, she is lying and the branch manager as well, he did not wana apprive it till the account hokder left, then I had to pay $7.5 flat rate to cash a $150 that is taking 45 minutes from my hard work with out paying tax on it that i suppose to pay for income. Please BBB will file a complain, protect the consumers from these theif minstirs, they will parish this lively country. Someone has to do something. This is straling people confort and hard working earnings. This branch manager and Kiara should be fired or given a warning not to do the company policy and following the company rules. You are thieves. It s not an insult, it is a fact.

I go to this branch because it's the most accessible near me. I don't have an account with them, and the banker there wanted to make that clear when I wanted to cash a check. I called previously to know the prerequisites of cashing the check to not have any problems or doubts when I get there. I get there and the banker who seemed in supervision was called over to assist the new banker who didn't know where to start with cashing my check because she was new... Banker in supervision asks me "were you the one who called about the 'SMALL' check of so and so?" WITH A LINE BEHIND ME LISTENING.... are you KIDDING me? I say yes. He then knowing I'm not im not a wells fargo customer and the check is not made out to me still asks, "Did you close a so and so account with us?" With the BIGGEST attitude and condescending look. In disbelief, I just nod because I couldn't believe he just asked me that unnecessary question If he knows I'm not the wells fargo customer addressed on the check, I'm just the payee, I told him on the call before I got there... He looks over the documents I provided with such arrogance and the new girl was just following in his footsteps with the bad customer service. I swear the customer service is sad. I felt SO belittled because of the shear arrogance these 2 bankers were showing me. There is only one banker in this bank that I know I can recommend that is extremely friendly and professional and she is hispanic. I wish I can remember the names but when I do, they'll be posted.

Well, I have to select 1 star since there is no ZERO.Dont waist your time going there -- No customer service.... I waited for about 15 minutes for a banker, 2 of them were actually busy, 1 was supposed to be wrapping up with a customer but that was never done. and the other one lied about having a 2pm appt and couldn't help me, not realizing from 1:57 until 2:11pm when i walked out he was just sitting there doing absolutely NOTHING . The only soul in there that was nice and actually acknowledge me was the advisor and he couldn't really help me (i didn't get his name unfortunately) .... i truly don't understand what banking is becoming to... now that i'm reading the other comments it makes perfect sense... No customer service is what that location stand for ..SAD
