  Decent Walgreens pharmacy. Sometimes they are out of a bunch of stuff. Not as many beauty and skincare products though. Ample amount of parking

  A nice big store with tons of selection. The place is very neat and tidy; very clean everywhere. There's even restrooms at the back. Checkout was quick and the staff were decent. Parking was simple in the large private lot.

  beyond reprehensible, impossible to deal with they can't find or fill a prescription that's in their system. I go through horrible experience every month trying to get it renewed

  We live on the Massachusetts/New Hampshire line, and Meant to Post in February!! At home, in N.H., My Mom usually goes to our local "Walgreen's."In Florida, she goes to "Walgreen's," in Pompano Beach, FL. (1101 Atlantic Blvd.-RTE A1A). What a HUGE DIFFERENCE, not Only Between Pharmacies, but Also the Stores, and ESPECIALLY SOME OF the STORE Staff! I've Been with my Mom, who is Still a Young 80+, but who Also is Hard of Hearing, and has Early stage Alzheimer's Dis.. When she's Picked Up her medications, (or I've Picked Them up For her), at Both the NH & FL stores. Although the Pharmacy Staff at the Pompano Beach, Pharmacy Sometimes SEEM TO TRY to be Kind, (& Helpful, However, Some of Them Fall "A Bit " Short in the Customer Service/Compassion Depts.! (This is Why I Go To CVS Pharmacy, (Very Compassionate & Kind!), Especially in Pompano!! As I said, my mom is hard of hearing, and when she asked a few questions of the pharmacy staff, and had to ask A Pharm. Staff Member to, "Please repeat what she said, one of the Pharm. Staff members rolled her Eyes, and showed her Obvious Exasperation!! As I Said, My Mom is 80 years Young! She's a Classy, Beautiful Woman, and She CERTAINLY DOES NOT Deserve to be treated this way!!Also, MANY of Our Condo Building's Residents, and I As Well, sometimes Come to This Walgreen's for Convenience, and ONLY FOR CONVENIENCE, Because A FEW of the Ladies at the Store Register, Are USUALLY VERY RUDE TO CUSTOMERS!!! NO SAYING THANK YOU, NO SMILES, ETC!!! We Understand that if someone buys cigarettes, (which I, and others have picked up for ourselves, or each other), we have to show IDs,...but Some People had not been in to buy cigarettes before, and instead of asking Nicely for our IDs, TWO LADIES IN PARTICULAR, Inez, who USED TO BE KIND, and another lady from Cosmetics, Have Been VERY RUDE!!! I Witnessed the lady from Cosmetics Being Extremely Rude to a Nice Older Lady who asked questions about a Sale Price,...and she was not only RUDE, but insulting in front of MANY CUSTOMERS!! I Am Disabled & Use a Cane, and Also Use EBT at Times, and another Employee who I think works there, but was off & came in for cigs, and I was taking A BIT TOO LONG FOR HER, As She Ignorantly Asked the Cashier for cigs, to go to the other register, & Said, (Meaning Me) "Coz This Old Lady Is SLOW, on Welfare, and Can't Pay for her Own Stuff!!" (Coz I Used EBT FOR 2 ITEMS)!!! The Cashier said Nothing BUT SHE LAUGHED!!! (ANOTHER CASHIER)!!! I LET AN OLDER MAN WITH A CANE GO AHEAD, AND THEY DIDN'T LIKE THAT!!!! THEY DON'T EVEN FREAKING KNOW ME,...I AM DISABLED, But STILL WORK PART-TIME, I'M 57,...NOT AN OLD LADY!! HOPEFULLY WALGREEN'S HEAD OFFICE WILL SEE THIS AND START TRAINING SOME, IF NOT MOST OF THEIR STAFF HERE AT POMPANO BEACH, TO BE COMPASSIONATE & KIND!!! I'M A NURSE BY TRADE, IF THEY WERE HAVING A BAD DAY, I COULD UNDERSTAND,.....BUT NOT EVERY DAY!!!! IN CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT!!!! I USUALLY DON'T COMPLAIN,...HOWEVER, IF YOU CAN HELP IT,....DO NOT GO TO WALGREEN'S,...IF YOU MUST,...INSIST ON KINDNESS,...OR TELL THE EMPLOYEE TGAT THEY ARE RUDE,....CRUDE,...SOCIALLY UNACCEPTABLE,...AND COMPLAIN!!!

  Hands down, the worst WG of them all. The cashiers are soo incredibly slow and the management is not playing with a full deck. I've seen how much money the Walgreens family has in their yachting interests. Why can't they afford to care about their customer experience? I wish they would bulldoze this location and do everyone a favor. At least install self-checkout lines!!

  I'm ocd on licking their finger to open my bags when I purchase merchandise anywhere! It's a health issue! Don't! Now I have to pick up my licked Bags!! As they hand me my bags! No no!' Stacey is sweet but don't lick!!

  I am visiting from out of town. The pharmacist (Gerry) and his staff (in the pharmacy) went above and beyond when I had issues transferring a prescription. I am very thankful for their attention to detail and all of their help. I would highly recommend this pharmacy!

  This place is joke. They call me to pick up my prescription and when I arrive they refilled a prescription that I had no re-fill on and didn't re-fill the one I had requested my name. Had to come back three times before they got it correct. The pharmacist was rude and acted like it was my fault that she screws up

  I must say I'm very impressed with my shopping experience at this store today. I needed a HDMI cable for my tv and really didn't want to drive to Walmart so I gave Walgreens a try. After looking for awhile I was about to walk out when i ask an employee if they carried it she lead me to a place where I never would have looked and where it was hidden by the way. She saved me a trip and my day. Really wish I could have gotten her name. Very pleasant and knowledgeable.

  I am a snowbird with a condo in Pompano Beach for the past 22 years. I went in for prescribed medication that was emailed by a doctor from a nearby clinic. I was handed 2 out of the 3 prescriptions without any explanation. When I inquired about the 3rd prescription, I was told that it was a "Componded Medication" but they they did not have the supplies and they were short-staffed ! Really? ... and why didn't you tell me, I asked ? She answered... "we'll call you tomorrow...if it's ready." I replied... "I'm sick today, I may be dead tomorrow, besides you don't even have my phone number on file so how could you call me ?" She reluctantly took my phone number, I'm NOT expecting a call. I am bringing my 2 prescriptions to another WALGREENS to have them confirmed as accurate before taking them. I just don't trust their competency. I sincerely have pity for the elderly, or any vulnerable person who has to subject to this additional health risk.
