Ordered wheels and tires in the beginning of June.. they called me and were out of stock on the tires I ordered, so they talked me through picking different tires which was fine, and they were 100 dollars less.. well after 4 weeks I still had not received the wheels, and not received my 100 dollar credit back to my bank account. After calling them daily for a week straight they finally told me it had shipped. A few days later I get the wheels and tires delivered and I put them straight onto the car, only then to step back and realize that they put 215/35/18 tires on the wheels when I specifically ordered 225/35/18 tires. I called them to ask what can be done at this point and they told me that since they were already on the car, they cannot be returned. Sure it was my fault for not looking them over before installing.. but the guy Mike told me that he would find out what could be done in terms of a partial refund or credit. Well after that phone call I have never heard back from them, and I have never received the money back from the tires I originally bought that were out of stock and 100 dollars more expensive. Luckily the 215 tires do work on my car, even though it's not exactly what I had wanted. other than that tiny positive part of this entire ordeal, I am furious with this company. They owe me 100 dollars and in my opinion they also owe me for sending the complete wrong sized tires, which I don't even know what the difference is in the 215 cost and the 225 in the tire I received bc I can't even access their website anymore.

Unless you like to wait a long time and you are okay with receiving poor communication, I would not recommend using this company to purchase your wheels from. First, they didn't have the wheels I ordered and took them a week to let me know that. Then I was sent an email with some replacement wheels. After choosing a replacement wheel and confrming that there was not a price difference, they charged me an extra $140, however they did refund that back to me. I asked 4 different times "when I could expect the wheels to be shipped to me" and I have not received a response. I had even emailed Carlos and Fred directly, and even sent an email to customer support asking with no response.

Negative 100 stars. They are robbers. I supposed to recieved a credit for a set of damaged wheels that I send back. First,, they made me wait for months, then, they disappeared I still have all the emails between me and Matt Spangler. Shame on you Matt.

Incorrect wheels were sent. Wheels were returned we never received a refund after making serval requests. Now the company appears to be dissolved. They still owe us over $1,500.00.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. Absolute SCAM.Ordered from them a month ago. All I received was a confirmation email from them after my initial $1600 order. Said it would take 10 days to ship. A week and half goes by before I realize their site is down, and the phone line is disconnected. Total rip off, now I have to go through hassle of contacting my credit card company.

Ordered a set of wheels and tires in September 22, 2021 they don't fit my Audi A8 tried to contact them by phone for days no answer recording says Closed tried emailing no response what are you to do to return these wheels they took my money

Louis single handedly saved my review for tis company. Very knowledgeable guy with GREAT communication. This man definitely deserves a raise or a nice dinner haha. I recommend asking for him for all of your wheel and tire needs!

I can't say enough about wheel fire. They ship fast very easy to talk to, And order. I would say only problem with wheel fire is they don't ship someone to put them on lol. But would buy from them again.
