I'm a Worldmark owner not Club Wyndham, but Wyndham bought out Worldmark...unfortunately. The nicest and best thing about this was our check-in after a red-eye flight. We arrived around noon knowing our room doesn't have to be ready until 4pm. Surprisingly, a room ready by noon so we didn't even have to stash all our bags. The front desk was very friendly and informative. But, like most all Worldmarks, the front desk isn't allowed to give most everything you supposedly need, so you must walk over to the "concierge" or sometimes known as "guest relations" but BEST known as.....TIMESHARE SALES.It's all a game. Timeshare sales rely on customer good nature and your good pleasantries. Most guests want to be pleasant. However, after several NO I'M NOT INTERESTEDs that can turn into anger, especially after a long red-eye flight. At Wyndham Palm-Are, timeshare do not accept NO for an answer. Instead, like anywhere else, they ask personal questions, suggest places to eat, suggest where to go on the beach etc...anything to keep you from walking away in disgust. It's all very unpleasant and rude.I turned away because the sales woman wouldn't stop blabbering after I said NO many times. Once I was looking the other way she said "sir I'm just doing my job." Well, I don't care if you are doing your job, you didn't honor my "no" and treated me like an idiot. This person turned 4 stars into 1.If you are used to Worldmark, this resort is pretty average run-of-the=mill. That means nice. It's a good value. But it's 2 steps down from a Marriott. However definitely better than any hotel without a kitchen. The pool was nice, but nothing special. It's futile to complain to management about Timeshare sales tactics upon check-in. Wrist bands, parking passes, coupons, cheap gifts...that's all a ruse to force you over to the sales desk upon check in. If it were the local Worldmark resorts in my state, I just walk out the door without even acknowledging them. Think about it. If this stuff was really necessary, the front desk would issue it with your room cards. Management has no control over timeshare sales...in spite of the expected reply I'm about to receive here...lol

We've stayed here twice now. Big rooms. Very clean. The pool area was kept clean. Considering some messy people had a party and trashed it. Over all no real complaints. Towels for the pool ran out one night. Plenty of parking. We love the location and will use this resort again. The balconies of some units are massive. We had huge ones both times. Very nice. Pictures are from July 2023 in the Aries or something like that building. To the left of the main lobby.

The family and I have visited this location 3 times. Although they have a few more near the beach, I find this one more kid friendly. We stayed at the main tower where check-in is and they have a bar and pool with hot tub and a slide. My daughter had a great time. There are also lots of activities during the day as well.

We booked and had confirmation of a four bedroom presidential suite. We arrived after a 21 hour drive to be told we had two 2 bedrooms and they were way down the hall from each other. This place is run by lazy and incompetent people. This was not worth the drive. Also if you want a quieter atmosphere don’t come. Constant sirens and very noisy traffic.

The area we stayed in was outdated with the carpet in the rooms. We stayed in a building that didn't feel secure. It was celled the Queen Palms. It had a busy street in front of it.While the main reception and buildings on the other side were well maintained and kept up. It also had security. Not a fan of this resort.Rooms: Needs improvement.

We stayed here on a recent vacation. My cousin has a time share set up with Wyndham, so that's how we came upon this property. It took them forty minutes to check in because the front desk kept trying to upswell them and convince them to go to a meeting. Then when we got into our room, there was a note saying, "not hard sales pitch."They mentioned to us that this was a brand new property and it JUST opened that day.The front doors weren't working, so they weren't locking like they should. The suite was amazing, but you could tell that they may have just acquired the property and made a few changes to call it new. The chairs and couch were the most uncomfortable things ever. So when I wanted to read, I'd go down to the pool and lay on one of those chairs. There was a ledge going from the room to the balcony that was a sharp metal piece. EVERY time someone came in or went out, they'd can't their toes on it. It's so sharp, it could take one off!The only night that we had time to sit and enjoy the pool, I stayed later to finish my book. I walked from one end to the other to try the hot tub, and almost fell because there were tiles loose. Then at the hot tub, a large side tile that I sat on to get in, was also loose and made me slide right in!The best part of that night was when I finally went to head up to our ninth floor room. I came into the elevator lobby and two people were told to wait for another elevator. I asked them what was going on, and they didn't speak English. So I waited for another elevator. 15 minutes went by and some employees came by and just said, no one uses this elevator, just the first one. And then they only let a couple people in at a time. After more time passed, I tried the stairs, but they were locked. The manager finally arrived but just stood there. So I asked what the situation was, he just said the engineer was working on it. So then I asked if he could unlock the stairs, because I'd rather get up to my room before midnight. He didn't reply. So I asked again and he raised his voice at the group now forming and said the engineer has the key.I finally got an elevator and arrived to my room. But my point of saying all of this, is that they really should've taken the time to ensure everything was in working order before charging travelers points and hard-earned money to stay at a place that had hazard after hazard.

Maybe it's just the worker shortage or maybe it was always like this, IDK because this was our first time. The water slide was only open for a few hours of our entire 6 night stay, which was a real bummer. The sauna was also out of order for the ENTIRE stay which was a major bummer. In general it just looks like they're having a bit of trouble keeping the place up. Especially around the pool areas there's garbage, towels, the life rings and pool skimmer racks have fallen down. Lots of broken lounge chairs and the fencing is broken in places. The biggest problem is 100% outside of Wyndham's control. There must be both a police station and a fire station very close by. The sirens go off day and night, all night. All the staff that were here were very, very friendly. They even had two special meals on Thanksgiving day; it was a nice touch. The beds are comfy, though firm. My son especially liked the hide a bed and said it was the most comfortable of any resort he'd stayed at. It's nice that you can spend the day at the two other Pompano Beach properties if you stay here. Though I think we'll make more of an effort to get in at the ocean front resort next time. One thing we liked here is that the hot tubs and pools are all different temperatures. They had music on different nights of the week, though I'm not sure if that was related to it being a holiday week. All in all, it's not the worst Wyndham resort we've been to, but definitely on the lower end of what we've become accustomed to when booking with Wyndham.

This is our first time at the property & it sits on a golf course & that is your main view. The rooms are clean , however getting a good nights sleep is hard because of the inadequate curtains to prevent light from our faces , as well as the loud noise from the air conditioning unit . We had to turn it off & happy to share that helped . We are surprised by the lack of mask enforcement even for the staff who come across travelers ( on a daily basis ) of all kinds from different regions ,areas or perhaps international travelers. As regular travelers we do not want to take any chances at this point . There’s not oven & the dishwasher is the tiniest i have ever seen which made it hard for avid cooks like us to fully enjoy our stay .

I was disappointed in Worldmark Palm Aire. The resort is run down. Elevators and hallways were not kept very clean. Painted over rust and water damage in the units. The rooms are big and it wasclean. It just was not a good representation of our brand. ?
