Nice accommodations and well-kept grounds—overall a comfortable stay. However, the owners meeting we were required to attend was very unpleasant and definitely took away from the experience.

We stayed at this hotel and our experience was not great. We were deceived by their timeshare marketing team. So many things happened during our stay. The only good thing here was Rossana with the concierge desk. She assisted us as much as she could and was very attentive.

I had the chance to stay at this resort with family and friends. The check in process was easy and great service. We arrived early but they were able to get us a room quickly. Parking was close and the room was clean and in good order. The pools and activities were close and plenty of amenities. I enjoyed my stay. My only complaint was a hard bed but I am a little picky 🙃.

This resort is amazing. From the moment you check in with the friendly and welcoming staff, to the clean rooms and many amenities. They have something for everyone. Pools, mini golf, arcade and always had some kind of fun event the week we were there! We throughly enjoyed our stay! If youre looking for something close to the beach, this is not the place. But they have other properties closer to the beach that you can have access to, as well.

Just got back and wanted to cry because I had the leave..the room was bomb ....I had a 2 bed 2 bath jacuzzi suite.. I experienced excellent customer service from the young lady in bucket list cafe I didn't get her name .. Shari she worked at the bar but was super helpful with all things outside the bar too!❤️ And last but not least Janel our concierge she was helpful for the resort and outside the resort. We love her. I would definitely book again and need these 3 ladies to be a half for me

This place is a scam. There is nowhere on Expedia that alerts you to the fact that this is a timeshare ownership property. Upon arrival, we’re told our room isn’t ready yet but we were free to use the amenities while we wait. The front desk attendant sent us to the member services desk to assist us with temporary keys until our room was ready. She proceeds to tell us that because we booked through Expedia, we’re going to receive a gift. Still having no idea it’s a timeshare property, we got excited. They explained that we could receive BOGO massages. They talked so fast and handed us so many papers, that we didn’t realize that the “apppointment” that she was talking about (for later that same day) was a timeshare presentation. We thought it was the massage. So, once we made it to the spa lobby & learned it was a presentation, we tried to bail. The manager guilt tripped my friend into staying because “he had prepaid for the massage already.” So we stayed. It was to be a 90 minute presentation that took 2 hours and 15 minutes. Each time we tried to leave, we were nearly physically blocked from doing so. Once I decided to show them my monthly income, they realized we couldn’t afford the $50k + timeshare that they were trying to sell. They rudely let us go. The next morning, we go to our massages and they weren’t real massages! The receptionist did mine, in a full business suit & stilettos, while a housekeeper did my friends. They basically rubbed lotion on our bodies for 60 minutes. That’s when we realized the entire place was a scam and it wasn’t just the timeshare salesmen. Our room was in a different building that the main building. The 1st morning, I locked myself out of my room because my key stopped working. The people at the desk in my building only did sales, they weren’t able to help me with me key. Braless, barefoot, without a phone I’m walking all over the place to find someone to help. 45 minutes and some tears later, I got in. The entire “resort” felt like North Korea. The salon, the spa, the bar, the restaurants/cafes, etc. ALL staged. None of it was real. We weren’t sure they were actually going to let us check out when it was time. Thought we were going to be sex-trafficked the entire weekend. This place is dangerous.

Staff was amazing! The building I stayed in was in need of some cosmetic repairs, but the room interior was beautifully renovated. The pool areas are very nice.
