Got a shipment from Vancouver Washington to Coral Springs Florida. Arrived on the expected date of predicted delivery. They told me 3 days prior it will be delivered on 12/13/2024 between 12:00 PM and 4:PM. The driver called at 3:30 and let me know he was running about an hour late. He showed up with a pleasant personality even though he had to park a couple hundred feet down the street due to the narrow road. He brought it all the way over with no complaints and even helped me get the heavy equipment package inside with a smile.
I read several reviews of complaints here. However based on my experience, I am happy to report that I had great service even with a small delay I simply felt they earned a 5 star rating.
Not all delivery experience will always be perfect as I receives weekly deliveries from lots of delivery service and none is absolutely perfect as there’s always unexpected circumstance. Give the drivers a little credit as they only doing their job and following orders.

We enjoy using XPO for a lot of our freight shipments. They’re timely, efficient, and economical. The drivers are smart, caring, and incredibly helpful, especially Akeem. We haven’t had a bad experience with XPO and will always consider them as an option when we have any LTL needs.

I just got my shipment from abroad. It came in perfect condition. They called me the day before, and they delivered within the 4 hours range promised. The driver, Mr. A. Thompson, was courteous and professional. This is my second shipment in 3 years. I will tell my vendor to continue using the same system. I will use XPO if I have a need for large size shipments. Thank you, XPO. Alberto

Terrible Experience. They are extra charging us for all the quotes we made with extras that we never hired. Terrible customer service, departments don't communicate between them, billing department don't know about disputed bills. You are better of not using them .

Don't hire XPO ! They will overcharge you for every single Invoice and allow customers to add services you didn't purchase . Their customer service is terrible and they never correct the billing issues. Don't give this headache to your company .

If I could rate this negative stars I would. They were contracted for a delivery and were supposed to give a 1 hour notice the day of delivery. I already set aside a 4h block for the day delivery scheduled. I need notice to drive home from work. They did not call me until they were 5 minutes away, and rapid fire called for 10 minutes, and then left.So you expect me to be there for you within 5 minutes, but you can't be more specific than a 4 hour window? I called their customer service and they were absolutely useless. Darlene didn't really seem to care about her job, and the manager she put on the phone wouldn't do much to help other than reschedule to another day and another 4 hour window. Actually he couldn't even give me the 4 hour window, I needed to wait until the evening before and get a robot call to tell me. So in effect you have to block an ENTIRE day, and wait on them to narrow to 4 hours.I was home within the 1 hour stated on the order, and was available. They did not honor their end of the contract and arrive 1 hour after their first call. They tried to lie to me and say they called prior to the missed call I received. They did not. I have other calls before and after their supposed call. Have a look at all their other 1 star reviews to see the quality of their work. The final manager I spoke to wouldn't give me his name and hung up.

Worst shipping company I have ever dealt with. 1rst delivery attempt they damaged the item, 2nd delivery was canceled (by them) the same morning and they have the rudest customer service that I’ve ever experienced.Any mayor company like Tractor supply (in this case) should drop them immediately.

Dock person was very courteous - young, energetic and very professional. He took care of me in no time, even hauled away pallet and wrapping I did not need. Better that expected. Thank you for hiring him.
