Absolutely avoid this company at all cost. Not only did they mess up the order and not provide the correct materials and colors for the project, they also referred an installer with no experience who did their “1 week course”. The installers absolutely butchered our epoxy installation and it looks like a little kid rubbed paint all over the floor with their hands.
No refund or compensation has been offered as we are out $1300 in supplies plus $3,300 in installation.
I’ve had other epoxy professionals come out to check and not only was the product we received not suitable for the job, the installers did some of the worst job they had ever seen. There was a slight issue with a couple spots of the cement on the floor that it was laid, but the entire design and quality they laid down is disgusting.
The worst is their sales rep who after showing video and photo of our floor, “sees nothing wrong with the job”. He is either blind or doesn’t care that it’s his fault for this disaster.
I’ve attached one of the samples provided along with the finished product. Up close the finish is even worse.

The product was not the same as the picture/description. Showed blue color flecks on the website. When I received the product it was all pink flecks. I have tried to contact customer service for a return and have had no response. $40 down the drain.

This company reached out to me trying to get me to switch to their product and promising to save me money by claiming how much cheaper their epoxy was. I figured I’d give them a shot and placed an order. After paying all the hidden fees of sky high shipping and then having to order pigment this epoxy was much higher than I’ve been previously paying. Unfortunately the issues don’t stop there, after putting the epoxy down at 120 sqft a gallon I could immediately still see the concrete underneath. I’ve used multiple brands of epoxy over the yrs and I can say this is close to the worst epoxy I’ve ever used
