Operating hours clearly state till 10pm why is it 10mins till the doors are locked and there closed up. Is this job really difficult you people can't stick to your posted hours

Have been going to this store for years and never have I seen a more organized store and caring staff. Their new manager Tina has turned things around and is turning it into an actual good DG. Great job boss lady!

I was visiting friends from Ponce and we needed supplies for our dinner. As we were there, we happened upon Tina, who was trying to get the store in order. She was very friendly and helpful, with us not being from that area, we were struggling trying to locate where some things were. She not only helped us located what we needed, she took the time out of her very busy schedule to talk to us and offered advice on some area attractions. Admittedly she was quite new to the store and enjoyed helping others.
She is one of the very best service hearts* and will go far with your company!

Just wanted to give a shout out to your store in Ponce de Leon Fl. The new manager Tina has made amazing changes and the store is now operating much better. It looks nice when we walk in and the workers are friendly. You have made an excellent choice with your new manager

Needed some ice for my hunting trip and Dollar General always comes through! Typical DG, crowded floors, empty spots and no employees in sight. They did have some type of motion sensor attached to a walkie talkie. Glad there is a small DG to help the needs of the folks living in Ponce De Leon Florida. Florida man approved!

Got a $100 gift card for my cousin. Paid cash to get it. Cousin went in to use it and they said it didn’t work. After 20 mins of arguing and showing receipt, they were told to call corporate. After calling was told nothing they could do. Went back to store and lady at the counter told us this happens all the time. What a horrible horrible way to treat customers.

Friendly store except store manager she is so rude and hateful. She talks about customers to her employees. Yells at the her employees in front of customers. And has someone out of uniform helping her to do her work. She needs to go. She has very poor customer skills. Was told by others that she got kicked out of a dollar general store for her attitude. I see why she is so mean and hateful. She makes my whole day go bad when I see her there and how she treats her employees. And always outside on her phone talking to someone and smoking. And taking to a man there. Never inside where she needs to be. When employees come ask her a question she yells at t them calling them names Very rude.

Got a new manager I believe and she is so rude. She yells at her employees. She yells at this young blonde haired girl all the time. In front of customers. And embarrassed the girl. The young lady is so sweet. She is the reason I go in there. This manager has got to go. She has had customer skills. Why keep someone that does. That. You can’t even get in the door. Manager is so rude to customers also. Something has got to be done before you lose all the kind employees

The new management is about as friendly as a box of snakes, very rude, lacks the simplest of people skills. She is very demeaning to her staff in front of customers, argumintitive. I will take my business to the family dollar across the street until she is gone.

Cashiers are great however the new manager lacks customer service skills in every shapes and forms she accused me of stealing because I walked out of the store upset because she got onto one of her employees in front of all of the customers and was extremely rude. She definitely needs to be replaced she's causing the store to lose a lot of business I for one will not go back here until she's not there anymore.
